Sundae Scoop

I have never had a bad scoop of ice cream. They have expanded out to ice cream pie and ice cream cakes. They also make in house waffle cones and bowls.

Tried the cookie monster and the peach cobbler flavors. Both were delicious and the service was awesome. Will return in the future.

In September my daughter wanted ice cream served for her wedding reception. I searched all over Hampton Roads for an ice cream vendor who provided this type of service. We attended a local Bridal Expo and there sat Sundae Scoop and their Ice Cream Cart!!! That’s exactly what we were looking for. Mr. Philip Harrell and his team did not disappoint!! They sent us a young man who was very, pleasant, fun and polite to serve our wedding guest their ice cream. SUNDAE SCOOP WAS A BIG HIT, for my daughter’s wedding reception and we highly recommend their creamery!! THANK YOU SO MUCH MR. HARRELL, FOR MAKING MY DAUGHTER’S DREAM COME TRUE!!!

We tried Sundae Scoop for the first time today at the Veg Fest (Mt. Trashmore). Out of the several flavors available, we had vegan peach cobbler and chocolate. We also tried a sampler of a pumpkin biscoff ice cream sandwich. We’ve had A LOT of vegan ice creams and can say Sundae Scoop has the recipe down. Their flavors weren’t gritty nor icy textured. They were smooth and incredibly delicious. It’s scary finding ice cream this good nearby us and even scarier if they put that vegan ice cream sandwich on the menu. The owner has a wonderful personality as well.

I have been to the store four times in the last two weeks and have left messages, my number and email address asking the owner to contact me about a fundraiser I was planning this Sunday.
He has never responded and today I called and his staff said, sorry we can’t do it.
It was scheduled for this Sunday!
Poor customer service!

Your response is an atrocity!!!
I gave detailed information about my fundraiser to your staff, repeatedly every one of the 4 times I came to your shop.
You didn’t have the decency to return my calls, respond to my emails or ask for details. That’s on you.
Again, very poor customer service.
I would encourage others to support ice cream shops where customers are a priority.
