Surf Rider

Sunday afternoon at 5:45 p.m. Google and Yelp adds both indicate restaurant is open. Drove all the way across town to get here only to find the restaurant closed. Too lazy to update their online profile, do you really want to trust them with food? In 2026, people use the online profiles to decide where to eat, especially when they're traveling from out of town. Restaurants that are too inconsiderate to maintain their online profile should not be serving the public.

We eat here on a regular basis. Food is always very good, good selection. We will always go back...thanks for a great restaurant.

Crystal was an excellent server. She had a beautiful personality. She was very helpful. She made our evening enjoyable and we will be back soon.

Coming to surf rider is always a highlight of my day when I know miss Emily is going to be our server . Each and every time we come in she is always a blast in a can! I absolutely think she deserves an award for employee of the month every month because she is the face of what it means for customer service and going above and beyond for her guests . Always attentive and pleasant even during the rush times . We love her and will always come back ! If we could give her 100 stars we would !:)

Took our grand daughter there last night for her 18th birthday, and it was great. Our server was Luke, and he was very nice and kept making sure everything was good or if drinks needed to be refilled. The food is always great and the crab dip if fabulous

Ordered crab cake sandwich and extra crispy fries to go, had to go in, they do not take phone orders to go. Sandwich was raw, not even warm, we had to cook it at home. The fries, no where near crispy. For what I paid, will not be back

Staff was excellent. Very attentive, kind and helpful. However, the Broiled Seafood Platter was overcooked quite a good deal. The fish was dry as well as the shrimp. Additionally, the price of almost $50 for said platter, does not reflect the NOT $50 of food we received, unfortunately.

My go to for a crab cake! Usually get the crab cake sandwich. Never disappoints however, wish onion rings could be substituted for fries for this item as they can be for their burgers.

Had the crab cake and butterflied shrimp. Mmmmm good 👍

Surf Rider has some great food. Fried foods were perfect and not greasy. Seasoning was wonderful for all my choices. I don’t like overly salted food and that was not the case at Surf Rider. Perfect outing for a Sunday afternoon

Everytime I go there no baked potato. I'm was told that they only cooked twenty potatoes and night.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED!! We have always been fans of Surf Rider & the Calimari But this is our second visit this year that has disappointed at this location. To go ordering policy (cannot call ahead) & change to Calamari ( now big purple chunks w tentacles vs old fried rings) are not indicative of the level of service & food we have been accustomed to at Surf Rider
