After visiting the YMCA, I searched protein shakes and this location showed up. Im so glad I went. The Christmas Tree Cake shake was amazing and I got the Santa Baby for my drive home to the Eastern Shore. The owner is very welcoming and her son was helping give the drinks out. He is just the sweetest. I love a family owned business and they made me feel right at home, I will be stopping there again whenever I head back over.

I stopped by a local spot in my neighborhood called Surge Nutrition VB, and I’m so glad I did! The young lady working there was super friendly and helpful, she walked me through the menu and answered all my questions without rushing me. I ended up trying the Chocolate Chip Banana Bread shake, and wow… it was delicious! Such a guilt-free treat, and it really hit the spot. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu items that caught my eye. Highly recommend checking this place out!
