I had gone in last night with my fiancé and friend. two of the girls were just standing around talking and laughing while we were waiting to be checked out. it was the girl blondish hair with a black top and the other girl was wearing a pink shirt with brown hair. the only one that looked like she was actually working and knows how to do her job had a blue shirt on and had brown curly hair, she had just walked away to fix one of the frozen yogurt machine. i’m never going to this location again.
I live near Town Center, but I always make the drive to this location because it’s my favorite. It’s consistently clean, offers great service and plenty of options, and I always feel welcome here.
They provide sample cups without making customers feel like an inconvenience, which I really appreciate. Even though it’s always busy when we visit, we’re still served efficiently, and the staff continuously cleans, restocks, and makes sure customers’ needs are met.

Great experience, as always! My kids love coming here. The froyo flavors are always delicious and the toys and games always make it a fun experience.
December 16, 2025 (7:30 pm). I came in with my two boys that evening for a sweet treat . The girl with the blonde hair was cold and rude. After we paid, she could at least say, a thank you and not just stare into space. It’s a nice place to take the kids out. But not with the attitudes that comes along with it.
My grand daughter cannot get enough of sweetFrog...she would live here if I let her...always great service and fresh toppings

Actually buy her son. It’s a five star rating because the ice cream is good and the toppings are really, really good. My dad bought three huge ice creams for $20.27
