I hate to leave a bad review, but the bathroom at this location is atrocious. The past few times I have taken my children to Sweet Frog, they have had to use the restroom, and each visit, the restroom has been worse than the previous visit. It reeks of urine and is absolutely disgusting. It needs a deep, deep cleaning. It is extremely unappetizing when a dining facility has such a grotesque smelling restroom. Other than that, it is a typical Sweet Frog.

I think this is the only Sweet Frog in Virginia that I would eat yogurt in, sometimes the fruit is gross, I feel scared just by looking at it. But my kids like the yogurt here and is close to their karate ? class.

Um so my fro yo came out watery???? Also the only good flavor there was is coconut because half of the machines are broken. It is also wayyyyyy to expensive.

Great way to go about treats, all control is in your hands! Store was very clean, the froyo was yummy, and the workwr behind the register was so helpful! 10/10 will be back.

This store used to be one of my favorites in the area, but unfortunately not anymore. The area looked mainly dirty, dirty floors, carpets, the syrup bottles were messy, and the bathrooms were extremely dirty and filthy.

The attendant was Wonderful! Welcomed me and my 6 children! Very helpful! I will return because of him!

It was a good experience but I was surprised that there were a lot less options for toppings compared to other Sweet Frog locations in the area. I assumed they would be the same or at least comparable but they were not.

Worst sweet frog expierence I've ever had. All the toppings were warm the fruit was mushy from being warm and the cheese cake bites were yellow tint from sitting out too long. A lot of key toppings and flavors they didn't have. Not everyone is a kid and wants blue raspberry and chocolate original tart was my medium. You ever craved something so bad and once you got there nothing you wanted they had, yeah I was pissed.
