Won’t be going back. We were in the area and checked Google for some place to grab breakfast between sports. Figured this would be healthier than the donut shop across the street. We waited over 15 minutes for our 2 smoothies and over 30 minutes for our poke bowl, wrap, and açaí bowl. Like one review said, if I hadn’t already paid I would have walked out.The cashier didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. He said last night was a long night and seemed a bit hungover. I had to repeat my order several times because he kept missing an item. No modifications on my order either.As for cleanliness, the trash was overflowing and we were there at 10:15 in the morning. It looked like they didn’t take the trash out the night before.I have worked in a smoothie/wrap store before and waiting this long for food when there are no other customers is just unacceptable. I will not recommend this to anyone.

I enjoy my sweet berry bowl as a meal at least twice a month (I've graduated). the service is nice and perfect spot for a good selfie!

I loved my bowl, it was great! but They were slow and slacking, orders were taken, but not made. It's a bunch of teenagers just trying to get a paycheck.

Giving 2 stars only because the food was fresh. I ordered the sweet tuna poke bowl. The bowl was mostly rice, think a bowl full of rice with a handful of tuna chunks on it. Very little toppings at all. A complete waste of $14. My daughters salmon bowl was the same. I won't go back for a poke bowl.

3 teenagers working with no supervision. wait time was extremely long for two smoothies and two Poke bowls. my smoothie was exchanged because they didn't have a frozen ingredient ( was runny and watered down). Poke bowl was served with bad rice (old), salmon was not sushi quality. the 3 teens had music playing which was inappropriate (lots of f bombs in the lyrics.) I had to ask them to change it. several people seemed offended by this "club" music. I hope the owner reads this and fixes this problem . it has potential but not with 3 employees ( who were clueless) and no manager on duty! good luck. we won't be back

A little overpriced for what I got… a wrap that doesn’t come with anything else… but fresh n yummy. They don’t have coffee with their wraps (menu being updated) but there’s a Starbucks right next to them if you want coffee

I don't normally write reviews but this deserves it. Place has a beautiful atmosphere I'll give it that but they are SO SLOW and unorganized. Saw they had a sign for poké so thought I'd try it because I love poké and want to try new places. Went in to grab something quick, ended up taking at least 30 minutes. First walked in there was one person walking out with their food. We go up to the counter waiting to order and the 3 workers are just chatting with each other while we stood there waiting for them to take our order for 5 MINUTES!!!! Then they finally take our order, we got 2 poke bowls. A spicy tuna and a custom poke bowl. As we are ordering a family of 6 comes in behind us and another couple come in. We finish ordering and then sit down and wait. Everyone else behinds us then orders. They then proceeded to make the family of 6 and other couples food before ours which took 20 minutes. Not to mention the food wasn't even worth the wait at all!! The spicy Mayo wasn't even spicy. The tuna was cooked??? Not even filled cooked like they light cooked it but not fully. The tuna should be raw not cooked!! WAYY too much rice. The ratio was so off. Literally 90% rice. Your basically paying for a rice bowl. Absolutely not worth the $31 spent nor the 30 minute wait. Absolutely disappointed and upset.

The sweet berry bowls are great but extremely disappointed in the service. If I hadn't already paid I would've definitely walked out and went somewhere else. There were 4 young people working behind the counter and only ONE was actually working. The rest were standing around, dancing, laughing and playing with each other while all the customers sat around waiting entirely too long.

I was HOOKED from the first order. Their açaí bowls are the best I’ve ever had, they fill them to the top and give you your moneys worth. I tried them on a whim on delivery and have ordered it several times since. My kids love their smoothies. I 100% recommend them to any and everyone. When I visited the location in VB I was given great service despite being short staffed. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow for my birthday!

I am a very picky eater so when my friend introduced this to me I really thought I wouldn’t like it at all. Going in there I had no idea what to order or what I would like but a worker named Amelia helped me and walked me through every step and explained everything to me and sweet berry has become one of my amazing places. So thankful for Amelia!! And 10/10 stars from me

Staff was nice but young and messed up our order. We wanted vegan food, they served us salmon and tuna. We told them about it and they took our bowls to prep what we wanted, then they messed up the second order. At least the second order didn’t have meat, we were hungry, and felt bad for those kids working there, we didn’t say anything that was wrong with the second order. It seems like there was no adult manager there. I feel bad for those kids working so hard. I hope the management takes the time to train them and be there to help out when things go wrong.This place was dirty: tables, chairs, the bench on the corner had hair all over, dirty floor and the trash can by the door was overflowing, so we left the bowls on the bar.

I went to pick up a call in order that was paid for online. This place was extremely unorganized. The manager and three staff members didn't know their heads from a hole in the ground. All of them were so lost it was ridiculous! Two customers before me received incorrect orders. The pace of the manager and staff was horrendously slow. It was like watching paint peel. After waiting for nearly 15 min to get to the counter I was asked to wait while the manager had to tell her staff how to do every little thing. When she finally comes to help me I tell her I am picking up an order. I told her the last name, and she says there's nothing there and I say the first name and last name and she looks around some more and says it must not have gone through. I said thank you for wasting my time. My spouse had to call in and get a refund because she had to e online receipt and the manager told her she would do a refund just this one time. If she had of told me that then we would have certainly had some words. I am shocked at all the good reviews because if this is all I it takes to make people happy then I need to open a food business. Wow people! Raise your standards.

Can we say addicted ? the first time I had this place I went back twice in one week! The smoothie bowls are literally to die for lol it’s the Nutella and peanut butter for me and the fresh fruit is always A1! I never get a picture of my bowl because I devour it soon as I get it… so yeah definitely recommend if you love smoothie bowls 10/10 the staff are always super nice
