sweetFrog Premium Frozen Yogurt

I have no idea what’s going on with this location. Last week and today I went to get some frozen yogurt but they were closed. The light on the open sign was on, they didn’t have any note on the windows or door saying that they were closed. The crazy thing is that both times when I went they should have been open, last week was around 1pm and today 3pm.

The hours say open at 11 am, but it is not open and there are no hours posted at the store.

SweetFrog never disappoints, I'm craving froyo as I type this. I loveee all the options, and it's in a really good location. Clean facilities, a little empty looking, but it's delicious, and has awesome variety :)

Took away the point system…. Cant even get my free froyo and I come twice a week . They’ve been saying they are trying to fix it for 3 months now . Just get a new iPad ? I’m about to take my business to General Booth location .

Believe the reviews. This establishment is horrid. I wouldn’t even think to bring my dog here. The Pineapple and Cake batter machine was down, not to mention the tray needed to be drained and cleaned. I mean, it is quite disgusting to say the least. The cashier had nails so long that she could probably touch the other side of the world… this place is just despicable! This isn’t sweet frog, it’s nasty frog! This place isn’t worthy of even a singular star! Also, ALL of the toppings were old and looked as if they were melting.

The cashier rung me up while literally playing Candy Crush. Super rude staff. The mom and pop icecream shop I go to was closed already, so I went here.
Definitely won’t be back or recommend.

Stupid plastic cups for the toppings. Wasteful. No fruit. Yogurt texture was not “premium”. There’s like 10 sweet frogs in a 5 mile radius. DO NOT go to this janky one.
