The wait was about 25 minutes and that is even after we placed the order online for pick up. The girl working the window was sitting down trying to to hide on her phone while she waited for the cooks to bring her the orders.

Last time I went I was given a burrito with partially frozen ingredients. Not talking like cool to touch or just warm and not hot, I mean part of the filling was ice cold as in literally not fully thawed. I’ve worked for a yum brand chain before, not Taco Bell but still, I get there can be a rush but come on that’s just slacking. Only reason not lower rating is because I grew up in the area and recently moved back and this location has been fine in the past, I realize teams change constantly. I never really leave reviews but was just annoyed, just got over an illness and finally got out the house and craved some Taco Bell and it was just laughably bad. You could feel it from the outside of the burrito too, so I know they noticed because it felt like ice cubes on one half like bro naw

The food was old and burnt. The rice and beans were scorched where they had been sitting on the pan too long. Everything was missing ingredients people were constantly returning items to be redone (I did not bother). To make things better you had to get a manager to let you into the bathroom!!! She proceeded to tell us how they had found homeless ODed, dirty/used drug needles, drug paraphernalia and many other things in the rest room hence the need for the lock ??♀️?
