I placed my order then when I came to pick it up they said the fryer was not working. I worked at a fast food restaurant and I never heard that. I been coming here all night for door dash orders and nothing was wrong. I feel I should get my order minus the fry items for free and get a refund because when I placed the order money came out of my account. But now I’m without my fry items because they want to say fryer is not working.

I’ll start off by saying I’m only comparing this to other Taco Bell’s. The service was good, no complaints, but the food was terrible. What I ordered tasted stale and moldy. The ingredients were clearly very old and the burrito was watery and very haphazardly thrown together (i.e. the sour cream as an example was glopped at one end of the burrito. I was very disappointed in the food but as I said the service seemed nice.

Worst location I have ever been to, wanted to give it a second chance but food was stale and terrible, both orders of fries so hard i just threw them out. Worker at drive through window was rude stuck the drink out at me saying here with an attitude. Definitely wont be back to this location.

I went into the Taco Bell on first colonial road today. Wanting to buy lunch and use the restroom they said that I had to purchase something before using the restroom. Now I have cerebral palsy and really needed to use the restroom And when I need to go I really need to go. So after they wouldn't give me the code until I purchased something I left the store or went to Wendy's where I almost had an accident Because I don't have the muscle controlled hold it. I think that it's ridiculous that so many can't use the bathroom when they need to. I told them that I would be buying lunch I just couldn't buy it right then because I really needed to go. And their response was sorry. I will never be going to this Taco Bell or any Taco Bell in Hampton roads ever again. Because I can't trust that if I need to use the bathroom before I order my food then any of the Taco bells in him the roads will let me.

I been at this damn Taco Bell Drive Thru for 30 minutes for 2 baja blasts and 2 loaded nachos. I HAVENT EVEN GOT THE NACHOS YET BRUH. I have cars honking behind me. I don't know if this worker is alone or what I have sympathy for them, but this is unacceptable 😭.
