Went through the drive through. I ordered 3 Taco Supremes and some other stuff. They showed regular tacos on the screen and said “Is this correct?” I said no, I wanted 3 taco supremes, so they make the correction to charge me the extra money to show 3 taco supremes. I payed for it, and they gave regular tacos anyway. Also there’s no surveys to fill on the receipt. That’s my 2nd and last time ordering from them. Terrible. Now you have people who consistently mess up orders so bad that the beefy 5 layer couldn't be identified by a team of forensic specialists. There is no attempt at quality. Probably because the people working there are always new.

But after switching to an AI /Automated Voice instead of a human being to take my order... It's awful! I drove away because that automatic thing couldn't get my order right at all. They should stop using this shit and go back to what works. Just pay a person.

The chicken quesadilla wasn’t cut and chicken soft tacos were the worst ones I’ve ever tasted. They were very dry the meat tasted like it’s two or three days old. Could not finish the meal of 6 CST. It was the late night crew. Feb 14,2025. I promised myself to never go there again. Nasty cook. Hope food inspectors come visit them.

Ordered my food on the mobile app from this store almost an hour before close, now, ten minutes after close, it still says "received." It appears like they just paid and left, and now, because they accepted the order, I cannot cancel it. This taco bell sucks ass. I've ordered from here since October, and 9/10 times they forget something (most of the time they forget the nacho fries or the chips) or, in one instance, send me a completely wrong order (I was very stoned at the time, so I ended up violently sobbing at like 1 am cuz I got an order that wasn't mine but labeled as such) They also frequently mess up my drinks. (How hard is it to give me a Mango flavored tea instead of a Pepsi?) If you're gonna order Taco Bell in the app, I'd recommend being far away enough from this location to not get your order sent there. As a frequenter of Taco Bell and an avid stoner, do yourself a favor and stay away. Stay lit my friends. -Max🍃

Staff is super friendly at this location. I went here plenty of times over the years for a quick lunch, and the few times that they didn’t get an order right I never had an issue getting it fixed, and they usually gave me a free taco or something as compensation. One of the better Taco Bell locations for sure.

Of the locations I've been to, this one has had the best food and nicest staff. You don't get that "I don't care because I make minimum wage" sort of attitude. It seems like the staff get along with each other, which is, I believe, their key ingredient.
Everything about this location has gone severely downhill. The soda is always flat, doesn’t matter which soda machine they use. The staff seems pissed off or inconvenienced because people walk in to order food. The nachos I ordered came with No Beans and my chalupa was almost as hard as a crunchy taco. With the prices that fast food places are charging these days I’m sorry but I expect my soda to not be flat and my nachos to have beans!
