We’ve been here several times and every time we have Reggie, it is always very professional and prompt, we never have an issue or a second guess on if we’re missing something. The night crew is always the top class group! Glad Taco Bell has him as a leader and this amazing crew with him to give great experience and service to customers!

the food was mid but that was lowk on my part. tell me why I WAITED A WHOLE HOUR TO GET A SAD PATHETIC BURRITO!!! Horrible service, horrible wait, might as well go to a michelin if ur gonna wait that long. the best part is that the trash area was overflowing and thre were no drink lids. THE OWNERS HAVR ZERO RESPECT TOWARDS THE TIME OF THE TOURISTS OF VA BEACH!! also my friends wants to say that the nacho fries weren't seasoned enough.

Went there and ordered our food and then when we got home, our items were missing so we had to pay someone gas money to go all the way back there to get our item and they gave us a taco receipt for a free taco for the inconvenience and that was AFTER I told them it was an inconvenience and couldn't even give me some cinnamons balls for free. On top of the attitudes that they gave us! Go somewhere else cause they are rude and a waste of your time and gas since they think a 60 cent taco makes things better.....

this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to I we went through the drive-through and that only was the lady rude and basically giving us. I don’t wanna be here attitude. She also forgot my nacho fries. The only thing I asked for on the menu everyone else got their food, but I did not get my nacho fries. They are on the receipt, but alas, I only have the nacho cheese Where are my nacho fries? All I wanted was you?

Very slow service. We waited 30+ minutes for our food, while other customers who ordered later were served before us. Staff focus seemed to be an issue, as one employee was seen using a personal phone in the back. Disappointing visit; cannot recommend this Taco Bell
The staff was beyond disorganized and rude. They were a bunch of ignorant kids working, that had no comprehensive what CUSTOMER service means. It's sad really.

Showed up at 12:15 AM and said they are only accepting DoorDash orders. This has happened on multiple occasions, would rather drive to Hilltop then deal with a hit or miss on when they may or may not take my order.

I ordered off two different online accounts with the same name and when I went to pick up my food they only gave me one of my orders and he wouldnt take the time to see that I had two different accounts and in fact do have two different orders. He proceeded to tell me I had to go through the line again for ONE taco. He was very short and seemed annoyed. Very displeased with their service!

This Taco Bell is so hit or miss. If adults are there running the store you get great food and great service. If the children are running the store though you get cold, crusty food and an attitude. These kids will never survive a real job if Taco Bell is so hard for them lmao.
