Live local and always choose this one over the FC location. Tonight i had a last minute alteration in the drive through at the window. The gentleman serving the orders made it happen without effecting customers behind me. Alway my choice of taco bell in the area, thank you again sir !!

Was refused a water with my meal and I was told I have to purchase a soda. I don’t want a soda I want water . Burrito was the size of the old meximelt. Child size for a burrito. I’ve never had a pleasant experience at this location and will not be back again . This location should be sold to someone that cares about customers. Only thing consistent here is poor service ! One star is giving them something they didn’t even earn. 0 stars should be an option .

I stopped by this Taco Bell on 9/1/2025, I place my order thru drive thru, and pulled up to the window to pay. My order total was $34.65. When I pulled up to the window I noticed the employee had on gloves. I gave the benefit of the doubt that they weren’t preparing food, touching their headset/computer screens, and taking cards with the same said gloved hands. The cashier’s name on the receipt was Conda W. After she took my payment she did what I thought she wouldn’t do which was start to prepare my food without changing her gloves. It was a young male employee that walked past the window and I got his attention and explained what I just saw and immediately requested a refund. Conda W came back to the window, at this point with no gloves on her hands, and asked for my card to process the refund. No ownership, no accountability whatsoever. She nastily asked for the drink back that I was supposed to receive with my combo. I gladly said “absolutely “ and gave the drink back. Conda W could care less about customers health or well being. I will not be returning to this establishment and wouldn’t recommend anyone else go there either. I’m 8 months pregnant and would’ve initiated a lawsuit if I would’ve gotten sick from her negligence. I was only refunded 32.98 out of my total order so I’ll be reaching out to corporate to complain about that as well.
Since when does Taco Bell stop doing ice water for paying customers???? Also, if you hate your job, quit, Danayjah S was the girl at the window and has ZERO customer service skills, asked how she was doing at the speaker and she was silent, I was only being polite in asking. No smile, no engagement or effort in a basic human interaction. Just seemed like she didn't want to be there all the while digging in her hair and hat while situating napkins for my order 🤢 needless to say I trashed them immediately. Obviously basic health standards are not any type of priority right along with customer service.

Hey! I have a confession: I’m a huge fan and pretty much live on your grilled cheese burrito! It’s my go-to order and I’m not shy about it. 😋 But today… oh boy, it was one of those a “bad burrito day”. Sometimes I get the ground meat more flavorless than it usually is (red and saucy) and I swear, the rice has its own agenda! Like some pieces decided to break apart in my mouth! And let me tell you about the fiesta strips they need a little more crunch. It's like they decided to take a nap right in the middle of my burrito instead of being the star of the show. Now, I know the burrito can be fully loaded with goodness, but this one was more “meh” than “wow.” Oh, and the nacho fries today? Stale! 😢 I think I need to track down the genius who usually nails my order! Im sure they'll know the secret to consistently delicious burritos.

You’re posted hours or 2 AM and you guys close an hour early?
The service was quick and friendly. The food tasted like Taco Bell, which is what I was craving.

One of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been to in a long time I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews but my experience was really good. They put a lot of sauce and food in the burrito and quesadilla so someone in there must care.

Went threw the drive threw and spent just over 60 bucks for 2 quesadilla a party box and two freeze drinks. Get home and the tacos in the box are all cold and the chicken in the quesadillas all hard. Wasted money

I've lived near this Taco Bell for 2 years. It's the worst location I've ever bought from, each time. Granted I've only been there 4 or 5 times, but food is always cold whether I order there or uber eats. They usually get the items correct, but good forbid they don't and you call to complain. Horrible service. I wish I could order from another location but I love less than one mile away. I don't eat fast food very often, but sometimes want some taco bell! I always regret it here.

Definitely felt profiled as the shift manager leaned all the way out his window and damn near into mine to see if I'm verifying the order then follows up with a smug grin and comment. Will never deliver for or order from this location as ive never have this issue at any other location
TRASH! Why is it that THIS LOCATION charges MORE than any other location I've ever been to in the Hampton Rds area!? 🤔 The same {$7} Luxe box here cost $8.99! Wt*!? So I was thoroughly perplexed when I ordered the $7 Luxe Box but received the $5 box. Return it and got my money refunded. Cause how are you playing with folks out here like that. This is supposed to be a chain fast food restaurant... Y'all just making your own rules? Or following the pricing for another state? Unacceptable either way. Then the manager had a little attitude, but she did take care of the refund. Another observation, when I went into the restaurant... cause I initially went through the drive-thru...(No one was at the front register) they just looked at me (from the back) perplexed and didn't engage for like 7 minutes. This whole experience was just bad business and reinforced why I stopped coming to THIS location.
Just left. Food was awful. No lettuce, cabbage or pico in the cantina burrito. We'll I guess I should say burritos since I got 2 small mini burritos instead of one regular one. Just a greasy mess with overcooked chicken the tacos were even worse. Took one bite of each, threw away and left. Would have said something but there was no staff in sight
