The ladies that run the register in the drive thru have always been very nice and most professional. I go out of my way to go to this taco bell because im treated well. Most fast food workers today are mad u are bothering them. These ladies are as pleasant as can be and deserve a raise!

This taco bell isn't very clean. I ordered 3 taco supremes and they were old because the taco was meshed with the paper. It tasted old as well. The people working there were not friendly.

I really dislike the terminals they force you to order through. It quadruples the time it takes to place your order. The one on Great Neck absolutely refuses to let you place an order with a staff member. I don’t go as often as before and may not go again.

Well for starters, I don't know why it says they're closed. But as usual it'll was your typical fast food experience. I pulled up, couldn't hear them. I gave my order about 10 times as they got it wrong multiple times and proceeded to still upcharge me at the window. The food wasn't cold at least

This was the worst experience at a Taco Bell, ever!! Came here for lunch on a Tuesday and we opted to go inside. We placed our order on the kiosk and waited. 5 minutes passed, then 10... then 20... ? not one person inside was getting their order. A few of us opted to get refunds and leave (us being one of them) but the wait was extremely long, no communication from ANY employee... I mean, just wow. We won't be returning to this one, that's for sure.
