I’m writing this review while waiting for my online order that I paid for 45 minutes ago. The female drive thru worker over the speaker when we arrived sounded like she was slurring her words. Now that we are finally at the window, who I’m presuming to be the same worker is standing and staring off while we are still sitting here waiting for our food. I’m concerned that this worker might not be sober or well since her head was also bobbing while her eyes slowly closed over and over while checking our orders With us. I hope this finds the right person(s) attention as this was a concerning experience.

I'm not one to leave reviews normally, but I waited over 30 minutes for my food, while the drive through had food done within minutes of their order, a couple who ordered just after me waited for 40 minutes, and our and their food was COLD! This is ridiculous!

They need to fix their mobile pickup system. I should not have to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a pickup. Nearly 20 orders went through the drive through before I ever got my food. I could’ve eaten at a dine in restaurant and gotten desert before i got my food here.

I have been going here for lunch since April. I don't know why. There's always something going on. Long wait times. Employees complaining and ignoring customers. Wrong orders and missing items. Customers are always frustrated because they are waiting so long for their orders. Many walk out without getting the food that they paid for. I have witnessed employees getting annoyed at customers that want to pay with cash. There was one time that they were busy, and the employees were complaining and kept saying that they should just quit and walk out. That's not something you want to hear when you are waiting for the food that you paid for already. I'm done with being disappointed. I will not be returning. Do not recommend.

Avoid at all cost. Slow place with barely any customers (for a reason apparently) that can't get the small basic order of two burritos out under 20 minutes. The staff is rude and apparently no one knows who is the shift manager. Customer in front of me left without her food for the same reason. No food service no manners and none of the shift workers is capable of properly rolling a burrito. Slowest place I have seen in two decades.
