Incredibly slow and disorganized. We were stuck at the drive thru for maybe 45 min. Then we got to the window and they didn’t know our order. Plus they were staffed and not really busy (there were only 2 cars in front of us). Pretty frustrating for a quick stop. Go somewhere else for an evening snack.

Worst Taco Bell experience of my life. Placed mobile pick up order through website and said order was ready for pick up at 9:24 PM. Arrived at 930 PM to find the dining room doors locked and no sign indicating closure. We forcibly joined the long drive thru line. Finally arrived at the intercom and stated order pick up name. Was told to just pull up to the window. Arrived at window, and then they couldn't find the order at first (said I didn't place an order), wasn't even ready yet or something who knows. Finally got my order at 1100 PM after waiting 1 1/2 hours through this drive thru ordeal just to find half our items missing, got food items we didn't even order, others not prepared as requested with customizations, food very cold, inedible and straight up tasted like garbage. Didn't even eat the slop we were served. Complete waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother coming to this place!!

They got a robot taking drive thru orders and still can't quite figure out how to make the food in less than 20 minutes because that's how long you're gonna sit in the drive thru line.

It took 35 minutes to get our order for two people. The food was terrible and cold. There were 8 people working in the kitchen, on the line. Where was the manager? There were as many people waiting for their food order. I will not be going back.

Don't go here unless you want to wait 20 minutes every time in the drive thru. I've been working near this Taco Bell for 4 years and within the past 2 months I've been stuck in the drive thru line several times with a 20+ minute wait on my lunch break with only 2 or 3 cars ahead of me. I've come to realize I probably should just go somewhere else instead of thinking it'll be quick service. There's nothing wrong with the food but it feels like it's understaffed or poorly managed.

service was horrible, food took FOREVER and all i got was fries. girls working there were not even remotely friendly. if ur gonna work in customer service, at least have customer service SKILLS.

Man.. for some reason I can’t find the 0 star button.. We were in the drive thru for 32 minutes… yes I know about 15 minutes, we knew it was going to be one of those nights with 3 kids in the car and just trying to grab a quick bite on a Saturday evening.. well that unfortunately wasn’t happening.. nevertheless we ordered via the AI.. forgot to add another taco, then asked at the window and was denied and had to go back thru if we wanted to order that. Pretty rude overall and probably should close this location if it can’t be properly manned..
