Bad experience. went on a Monday and dined inside. I received half my order and waited for 15 minutes for two drinks. Another guy waited 30 minutes to pick up a door dash order. The employees should really really focus on a uniformed (and professional) dress attire, especially the ones that prepare food!!!!!! Completely disorganized and unprepared

This location always seems to have staff who don't like their job and would rather be anywhere but there. The food quality isn't great because the employees don't care about their jobs. I won't be going back to this location again. I know it's cheap fast food but it should at least be somewhat edible.

This location has been a pain in the *** since day 1. Food is good, but items always missing. When ordering from the app, this location does not include certain menu items, very frustrating. Leaving this review because I won’t be ordering here anymore…….

We placed a large order through the App for pick up and paid. We got to the location to pick up our order to first find out they didn't have any of the drinks we ordered except 1 because they were all out. OK so we adapted and changed our drinks, no big deal. The employees were all hiding by the drive thru gabbing but we grabbed our bag and drinks that we made and left to go home. Once home we started to pull everything out to distribute, to find we were missing a lot of our order. I then called to explain and I was rudely told that she needed a phone number to have the manager call us back. Once number was given she hung up on me. My husband called back about 10 minutes later and spoke with the so called manager whom in turned was also rude, telling us that she is looking at a receipt for an order that was not ours. We explained that we have the receipt that was emailed thru the app and that we could show her what we claim is true but she refused to hear it and told my husband that he had to request refund through the App and hung up on him. My husband is on the phone with Corporate now. It does seem that they are having a communication problem between the App and their system. Corporate is handling the situation thank God but until the management and staff get replaced at this location, I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from the South Plaza and Holland Rd location. Thank you to the gentleman at Corporate for your professionalism and understanding.

Taco bell is one of those places that's not for everyone and/or people will have favorite locations. This one is always amazing service, fast food and always delicious. I love ordering from here and with the decades menu back it's perfect.
Vegetarian options: Taco bell can add or subtract many items so instead of beef, chicken or steak you can add potatoes and beans. One of my favorite things to order is a grilled cheese burrito, no meat add potatoes. It's delicious.
