The worst service the drive thru is so small and narrow had me behind cars for hours without being able to leave then after waiting so long I just said let me order because I might as well since I’ve waited that long I perceive to order and worker tells me the card reader is down like wow !!! Never will I go back

Went here around 2 to get food to take home. Went in, no greeting, apparently homeless person sleeping in a booth. Ordered on the kiosk, waited over 20 minutes while 5 drive thru orders came and left. Finally asked someone about our food and had it 2 minutes later. Horrible Horrible experience

Ordered a beef chalupa supreme which the shell was not deep fried or whatever they used to do with it . Just a cold wrap .Also ordered a gordeta supreme & got a bean burrito instead.
VERY disappointed in the food all around.

The guy that worked in 11/27/2024 is a very very rude person, also all the workers are so lazy. There was a long line in the drive through section. I was like around an hour wait. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TACO

Came for lunch. I've never seen a kiosk in a fast food restaurant before. (Except wawa) I was attempting to order and figure out how to order. Kayla came over to help me with signing up for rewards. I had to scan the QR code with my phone. Kayla did everything for me. If anyone knows me I'm not technically savy. I don't even use my phone 95% of the time. Kayla was exceptional!!! Not only was she helpful, kind, and friendly she has the biggest and brightest smile! These days people like Kayla are few and far between! Thank you Kayla! You are by far an exceptional woman!

Haven’t had a problem with this Taco Bell before tonight. I work a night job and usually stop by here 30 mins before they close sometimes sooner. Tonight they let me sit in the drive thru for 10 mins while their mics were on and never once said anything. I pulled up to the window and waited another 5 mins before someone tells me they were closed. I mentioned that they were open until 4 am just for them to say they weren't tonight. Not mad that you're wanting to go home early but that's ridiculous. Especially since I'm listening and watching the employees make themselves food while I sat there. I don’t know what happened to the previous night crew but never had this service before.

Extremely disappointed in this location. I put a mobile order in after work like I do every single Saturday night. I was a little later than usual arriving, but still arrived 20 minutes before closing. I found my order was processed before I arrived (which never has happened with any of my other mobile orders from any taco bell) and they claimed to have thrown it away because they are about to close. I'm now hungry and relying on taco bell corporate to make it right.

A while back this location was extremely understaffed on Saturday nights, and I felt bad for the one guy working, and did not complain when I had to wait 30-45 minutes to get my food at 3 am, but now they are staffed and have been for a few weeks, so their actions tonight was completely unacceptable.

Save yourself the trouble and don't go to this location late night.

Came in to place an order and one of the touch screen kiosk to order wasn’t working properly. Placed my order on the second kiosk and no one came to allow me to pay cash. No one made the order and a door dash person was unable to get help either. She went behind the counter and behind the Icee repair man to take the order off of the shelving. The person running the front and drive thru could be seen talking in the back not being attentive to people coming in or out of the store. When he finally came back, I asked about my order and he checked with the lady making food and she said she said it wasn’t made. Huge waste of time and terrible experience. Kiosks are suppose to speed up high volume places not slow down empty fast food places.

Idk what this is but it's nasty, and unacceptable. I didn't notice till I was checking outside my door. The crew member had an attitude bc he couldn't hear me so I had to yell. Then I got an attitude from him. I don't play about my food and I always respect food service workers bc I've been in that situation before. But this ain't it.
