I love Taco Bell, but the employees at this location were unbelievably rude. No greeting at the window — they just took my card, handed me the food, and shut the window without asking if I needed sauce or anything else.
They gave me a Diet Baja Blast instead of a regular one, and when I asked for a second drink while ordering, they got an attitude about it. To top it off, they didn’t even give me straws!
Sadly, I’ll probably come back because I love Taco Bell, but I really hope they fire these employees. Terrible customer service.

Currently sitting in drive thru stuck for the last 15 minutes with 3 cars behind me so I am unable to get out of line. Meanwhile, people are walking in and out with their orders in 5 minutes. Treeible service.

If I could leave 0 star, I would. The worst experiences I have ever had and only in this store. It is always something wrong with my orders. Employees don’t give a damn about customers and don’t even bother themselves to apologize for messing your order. I order online 25mins ago. When I arrived they said they don’t have my order. The manager checked the system and found out they cleared my order without making it. The worst thing is that they make me wait for another 15mins for a burrito and a cassadia. This is my last time ordering here.

Literally been sitting stuck in this line that has not moved for 30 mins so far ... Like not even one car .... Then u see 3 workers outside 2 whom left as all of us are stuck inside this line trapped can't move forward or backward.... Like u can't complete one order in 30 mins what are y'all doing in there?? This is unacceptable!!! Help I feel like I'm being kidnapped I can't get out the line omggg.... Anxiety level thru the roof ..this taco bell is the worst!! I'll never choose this place ever again got to the window and I see 4 workers still in there so what are they doing?? Not moving the cars I tell you that... Why out 4 people is only one person making food why do u have all those workers and no movement in the drive thru smh pitiful and sad..it has now been an hour 👊😤

This is the best Taco Bell in Virginia Beach and that night crew needs a raise cause when that drive thru pack they get it moving and food be nice fresh n hot 😍😍
Tried to use the kiosk to order my food because no one was at the counter. I tried paying about 4 times with 3 different cards: all declined. So I finally flagged down an employee and told him that the card reader must have a problem to which he replied that I should have known that it was broken and just selected cash to use my card at the register instead. I told him that if that's the case they should have a sign saying that to which he just shrugged.

Decided to dine-in. While eating, someone sat next to us playing loud music. There was no one else in the dining room. We asked him to turn it down, and he ignored us. He had parked his bicycle outside & sat down without ordering food. This is the 2nd Taco Bell in the area that appears to be the hang out place for homeless. Would not have an issue if he had sat across the room to play his music.
