Teriyaki Madness

I asked if the salmon was any good.. She replied yes. It's severely overcooked and dried out for almost 20(I got and egg roll as well) bucks I expected better

I ordered the two protein bowl steak and chicken teriyaki and I added an extra chicken teriyaki as well as the salmon I got a bowl of rice with a piece of salmon that is burnt on the bottom. I normally give places two chances and I’ve given this place two chances and both times they failed me, which is sad because they were recommended and it was such a disappointment. I called to get the situation rectified and was told there was nothing that they could do besides, tell the cooks next time the meat was dry. There was no sauce on it. The salmon was burnt if I could give it a -0 I would.

The staff was very friendly. They actually greeted us when we came in, which is rare nowadays. I had the orange chicken which was really good. The pot stickers were really good too. Definitely recommend!

Manager at Teriyaki Madness is awesome. I told him the food here is really good. Asked if they sell their bottles of Teriyaki sauce. He gave me the bottle. Fantastic customer service here. 10/10. Would absolutely return.

Very kind workers and food is freshly made to order, the spicy steak teriyaki with yakisoba noodles is a masterpiece ! You can never go wrong with the chicken egg rolls !

A good spot for chicken teriyaki. There are other options as far as having spicy, or even alternatives such as steak or salmon or even orange chicken, tofu and chicken katsu. All items are tasty and they even have their signature teriyaki sauce bottles available to add extra sauce if you'd like. In regard to their chicken option, it is a cutlet as far as the portion and this may be a deal breaker as there are other restaurants in the area that offer much larger portions for comparable prices. Still a great place if you choose this restaurant. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended.

We ordered take out and you guys are very stingy with your teriyaki sauce, one tiny little container of teriyaki sauce for a Large bowl of chicken and noodles. Really? Either make your containers bigger or give more of the tiny ones. I mean it’s called “teriyaki” madness not “noodles and chicken” madness!

I placed an order almost two weeks ago. I forgot to use my coupon when placing the order (my fault), then called to see if they could re-ring my order with the coupon. When they said I couldn’t, I cancelled my order. The rep said it would be 2-3 business days. Fine. Here we are almost two weeks later, I call and they say they “can’t find my order” in the system, but I see a 30.00 deduction from my cc for this restaurant. I’ve filed a dispute with the cc company, but will not be revisiting. Unfortunately, it’s either incompetent or dishonest. Not sure which, but not deserving of my money.

Businesses that claim their products is good enough to charge extra for what comes standard elsewhere (rice veggies) are not good businesses.

Food was delicious and people were great! We will be back soon!!

Don’t get me wrong, the food is great but they are extremely slow with the service and the cashiers have attitudes. I placed an online order 2 hours prior to pickup which was at 6pm and they were not ready at the time I was told.
