Hostess at the front yelling at you when you are right in front of them, telling you 3 difference places to go sit or stand and wait to be called. They clearly need a better system for their guest to be seated.. that was just the beginning. Our waitress was a sweetheart and very nice during this whole visit. Me and another in my party order medium well steak, same type of cut, and got one completely burned and grey like a rock. Which was brought out by the manager.. who was a young man, and our waitress made it clear that she had no clue how he would bring and serve that steak to us, after looking at it, let alone be a manger. Either way we waiting for a remake, after 10 mins we ask for an update to be told they kitchen forgot to put it in and that it would be out in another 8 mins. at this point my whole family ate, kids who need to go home and sleep so we told them to just please take off the steak and we just wanted to leave. The manager was looking at me like I had 3 eyes talking another language when I was explaining our frustration with waiting bc the kitchen forgot

💖We picked up a Family Pack here tonight for a family that needed a blessing : ) - and it was EXCELLENT! ready very quickly, nothing was missing, the food was great, and Hunter at the pick up desk was beyond courteous and helpful!! And oh yah - thank your for the awesome peanuts!!

It was very interesting experience. Mash potatoes taste like something a school cafeteria would make. But the vibes are there, the dancing makes it a 4 star. It was pretty busy for a Texas Roadhouse but overall the food was pretty good.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse! It was my first visit, and it surpassed all my expectations — I can't wait to return! The side rice bowl was a flavor explosion, and the fried chicken? Simply outstanding! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!❤️
