I ordered food to go, the pork barbecue sandwich, which was good but more recently I ordered fory husband and me the pit beef barbecue which was much better for our taste. Service was great and the woman who took the order was very helpful. The cole slaw was a bit strong with the celery seed.

I ordered a queen size rack of pork ribs to go. When I got home and opened the container, there were only six bones in the ribs. Since when is a queen size rack six ribs? They should change the name to half rack instead. I'm pretty sure this place has changed ownership because everything from the food to the service has turned this place into a one star joke. Say goodbye to a decades long customer.

We ordered ribs recently and there was almost no meat on the bone! This was like a month ago. I have been there many many times before and never disappointed, but this was aweful! I felt like the person putting the order together scraped the bottom of the pan rather than saying they were out of meaty ribs.

The ribs were pretty mediocre. Not very flavorful and not much meat. They need more meat, more flavor and cooked longer. Got full rack baby backs. Half the rack was mostly fat. Also they didn't pull the membrane off which helps ribs cook more. All the sides were good.

We stopped here cause it was close to our plans for the afternoon and my wife and I love BBQ. Everything about the place was right except the food. Service was great, place was clean, nice spot with parking, and not terribly expensive. The meats though just didn't make sense. The brisket was more akin to minute steak and the pulled pork had a peppery flavor that didn't quite fit. The sides were good. Overall, the food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't what we expected from such a popular BBQ spot.

The food was fantastic, pulled pork, chicken, brisket. We ate after 7:30pm all were moist and delicious. Potato salad the best I ever had. Great onion rings. Good Mac and cheese.
The food was amazing and the portions were huge! We got the Queen Rack and it was massive, and so tasty. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and the place has such a great vibe. Definitely recommend!

Take a pass on the bbq beef brisket sandwich which tastes and look like roast bee.mf not true brisket. Big disappointment as well as added surcharge on your bill they don’t bother to tell you up front. Sneaky. Poor value for your money.

Just a little walk off the boardwalk but totally worth it. Quality meal for sure. I got the sliced brisket sandwich (minus the bun) decided to use those calories on the hush puppies! Plenty of seating and it was nice and cool inside. Extremely reasonable priced for the portions.
