I hate leaving a bad review for a locals spot but this is definitely one that should be reworked .Drove over 50 min to try out the bbq and what they are calling brisket and it was worst than horrible. The bbq seemed to be days old , dry and absolutely no flavor along with the brisket was prob the worst I have ever had , which is a shaved type meat with no taste and seemed closer to steakem than brisket. The collards were the only thing worth eating . Even the soda (tried 3 different) was just about out of syrup and tasted like seltzer water . For a bbq place charging the prices they do , they need a complete revamp and even a good deap clean on kitchen area that customers can see .I do not recommend

BBQ was ok. Was expecting better. Got ribs, bake beans, puppies, Mac cheese, pulled, and chili. Sides were average. Usually when I come to South BBQ is outstanding. BBQ and sauce was fine but sides were basic.

This was a convenient stop for lunch near the convention center. I had a grill chicken sandwich and it was good. People in my party had pit sliced beef (we didn't realize it was served cold), and bbq sandwiches. Nothing to complain about really but also nothing that made me feel like this is somewhere I just have to go again.

Went there last weekend for the first time and it was very good! I had the pulled chicken sandwich; my husband had the pulled pork sandwich. Very good flavor and nice staff. The sides were a little bland but the bbq itself was great.
