By far the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Crispy chicken and grewr flavor. My husband had the surf n turf and said it was good. My son had chicken wings and really liked them. The waffle fries were just ok. And while our waitress was Very nice, she didn’t come around much. It was super chilly inside also, which a lot of people probably would like. Overall good experience and will definitely go back if we have time while in town.

We had a reservation for 8 and the service was good and the food was delicious. Downside was we waited 90 min for a food due to a very large party but our server was apologetic and helpful. The food was worth the wait.

Delicious food and strong drinks. I highly recommend any of their appetizers. If you leave hungry that’s your fault. We came on a Thursday night and there is a club near/above it so it does get pretty loud and can be hard to hear so just be wary when you come near the weekend.

Saw subhumans here. What a sentimental experience. I got to meet DICK LUCAS HERE AFTER THE SHOW AND GET A PHOTO. I'll never forget this place from that experience. It's a great place for shows.

My food (oysters & she crab soup) was incredibly spicy & hard to eat. There are not a lot of options either. I would suggest not putting spicy chili aoli, onions, jalapeños &/or chipotle seasoning on every menu item & adding in at least one other chicken sandwich as an option. Beer selection was pretty good & so were the waffle fries.
Stopped in for a quick bite based on the location and other reviews. Folks are raving about this VB chicken sammich, so I thought I'd give it a try. Best chicken sandwich I've had in forever. Spicy and delicious. Waffle fries are a nice touch, too. You gotta give it a try.

Whew. I was worried that people here don't know how to cook. Went to Murphys last night and had a terrible meal. This place turned it around. The beer is excellent. The staff is also very friendly. Especially the young lady with black/darker hair behind the bar (Rachel?). She knows her beer and took good care of me. I think there was another young lady who was in training that needed some help. I'm sure she'll get better with time. The tuna bites are really good if you're looking for something light. The southern hospitality burger was equally great. I think it's also nice that the place doubles as a venue. There was clearly a baby shower happening in the back without disrupting what was happening up front. They also offer a cash discount. Love when establishments don't push credit fees to everyone.

Inside is cool. Food was great. Waiter was great. Bartender and hostess killed the experience. Very unpleasant and made us feel like they didn't want us in there.
