The Burger Bar by Wegmans

First of all, we were visiting family- So all the photos we took “there” yesterday are on her phone. These are just for proof that we did indeed eat there. We had purposely ordered enough (on her recommendation) to enjoy them as leftovers later, on our roadtrip back to our home. I don’t JUST recommend one of there fries; I recommend all 3 fries AND there Onion Rings. Did I mention onion rings?!?
They had me AT onion rings. They were the first to go! Our cousin stopped taking from the other delicious fries and began refocusing her attention on them. No problem; we ordered another batch. If I may be so bold as to make one recommendation to you Wegmans (or another up & coming fresh fries business)? Sell a Fries Platter that includes; Regular Fries, Tuscan Fries, Sweet Potato Fries AND Onion Rings!
Your burgers were fantastic! Your fried sides took your Burger Bar to a whole new standard! Thank you!

My favorite place

Stick to the grocery store part at Wegmans. This restaurant inside is nothing to bring you back. The kids meal came with HUGE portions and the chicken strips were not good. The fries were incredibly bland. The five-year-old ate it so it wasn’t a total waste, but I would not recommend a stop here while you are shopping. The service was friendly so that is a plus.

Incredibly overpriced. Their fried chicken is a travesty and for the price of $20, borderline robbery. There is really no clear advantage of this gigantic store. Just a mirage of quality groceries

MAN WEGMANS YOU OFFICIALLY HAVE THE WORSE PIZZA ? IN ALL OF VIRGINIA...YOU USE TO HAVE THE BEST PIZZA WHY WHY WOULD YOU GET RID OF THE BRICK OVEN..FROZEN PIZZA IS BETTER THAN THIS. ?????

I was disappointed, the burger was dry and Stringy with hardly no taste,the chargrilled whopper at burger King would put this burger to shame.This for $10.00 ? Never visit here again.

I debated between 1 or 2 stars. Overpriced, greasy, bland burger and dry, overcooked fries. Burger was cooked medium, which is what earned them the 2nd star. Overall an underwhelming experience.

Good food.

The person at the register had bad customer service with her rude self, $7 for a crispy chicken sandwich that had more breading than chicken and it took them 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. Would never have known it was this bad, worse chicken sandwich I've ever had, too bad you can't give a 0 star.

Cashier was extremely rude. Planned on going back up for the icecream after our meal but didnt want to experience the her attitude again. The person cooking practically threw the bag at my friend and exclaimed that it was her turkey burger that had them backed up. We were taken back from the whole experience considering i have always had a positive experience in the rest of the store.

First time in Wegmans and was impressed until I grabbed something at the Burger bar.. seemed like one guy working so set up for failure. Got the chicken sandwich and it was terrible. No sauce even though I asked for extra, chicken was dark meat and not great, Tuscan fries were not good as well. $15... bad first impression Wegmans

Soggy fries, cold burger, and a pager that wasn't used. My burger was done 10 minutes before my fries. How is that possible that food service workers cannot predict a better window than 10 minutes? Zero enthusiasm with the workers. It's as if they are only there to get a check and not provide the customer service. Go to Walgreens and you'll see the difference. As soon as you walk in you feel like the important customer. Not at the burger bar. I 've been here many times and this is by far the worst experience. May take a month or two off from going back.
