The menu allows for you to create your own personalized experience. The bar area is always the quickest seats available and the fastest service for food.

This was one of the best dinner location for us. Today Cheesecake Factory totally disappointed us. Nachos are burned , no flavor. Chicken inside the Gumbo was raw. Ribeye slice became thinner. Over all quality declined.

The food was not cooked properly. Pasta was too thick. Pasta was not salted and had no flavor. Chicken was still raw. Nachos were burnt and had no flavor.

Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap Tacos is my go to. They taste delicious and very light on the tummy. The red chili sauce gives it a burst of flavor paired with strawberry lemonade and a slice of strawberry cheesecake. So yummy

5 star potential. But killing and swatting Gnats the entire meal along with the extremely Loud music made the Experience a 1st time fail for cheesecake. Dillon did an Excellent job though. It was disgusting! I could have went to the dumpster if I wanted to have a bug killing competition.

Honestly amazing, the only complaint was that my dad didn't like the mushrooms. Other than that, the food and service were amazing. There are so many things for anyone to have and enjoy. 10/10 reccomend.

Most extensive menu! Love this place. Tried their new Cajun Chicken and was pleasantly delighted! Might be a new favorite as I usually get the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp. Still waiting for them to bring back the Limoncello Cake! That was my favorite dessert…:(

Consistently Good, Reliably Overwhelming
The Cheesecake Factory is a Virginia Beach staple for a reason. When you want a guaranteed lively atmosphere, a menu that can satisfy literally any craving, and a slice of iconic dessert, it always delivers. On a recent Saturday evening visit, the place was buzzing as expected, but our party of four was seated within the 45-minute timeframe they quoted, which is always a win.
The menu, in classic Cheesecake Factory fashion, is a fantastically overwhelming novel of culinary options. It’s both a blessing and a curse, but ultimately ensures everyone at the table finds something they’re excited about. I opted for the Chicken Madeira, and it was as rich and delicious as I remembered. The chicken was tender, the sauce was flavorful, and the portion size was generous enough to guarantee leftovers. My companions enjoyed their meals as well, from a perfectly decent burger to a massive plate of pasta. And of course, the brown bread is a highlight in itself.
The star of the show, as always, was the cheesecake. We shared a slice of the Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake and it was divine—creamy, decadent, and the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
So why not a full five stars? The experience, while good, can feel a bit like a well-oiled machine rather than a personal dining event. The service was efficient but brisk; our server was clearly managing many tables and while he wasn't neglectful, there was a sense of being moved along the assembly line. It’s loud, it's chaotic, and while the food is consistently good, it sometimes lacks that special, chef-driven touch.
That said, The Cheesecake Factory knows exactly what it is and executes its concept extremely well. For a celebratory dinner, a family outing, or a night out with a group of indecisive eaters, it's a solid four-star choice that you can almost always count on.

I absolutely love Cheesecake Factory. I chose this establishment for dinner on what was my husband and I 20th year wedding anniversary and everything was delicious 😋. Everything was cooked as ordered and our waiter was very friendly. I had a glass of the Seven Daughters (Moscato) and my husband had a nice draft of Blue Moon that paired well with our meals as usual. With my wine I paired the Steak Diane (my favorite, medium well), while my husband had the Filet Mignon (medium rare). Dessert was 2 slices of strawberry cheesecake to-go. It was a lovely dine.
