Honestly amazing, the only complaint was that my dad didn't like the mushrooms. Other than that, the food and service were amazing. There are so many things for anyone to have and enjoy. 10/10 reccomend.

Most extensive menu! Love this place. Tried their new Cajun Chicken and was pleasantly delighted! Might be a new favorite as I usually get the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp. Still waiting for them to bring back the Limoncello Cake! That was my favorite dessert…:(

Consistently Good, Reliably Overwhelming
The Cheesecake Factory is a Virginia Beach staple for a reason. When you want a guaranteed lively atmosphere, a menu that can satisfy literally any craving, and a slice of iconic dessert, it always delivers. On a recent Saturday evening visit, the place was buzzing as expected, but our party of four was seated within the 45-minute timeframe they quoted, which is always a win.
The menu, in classic Cheesecake Factory fashion, is a fantastically overwhelming novel of culinary options. It’s both a blessing and a curse, but ultimately ensures everyone at the table finds something they’re excited about. I opted for the Chicken Madeira, and it was as rich and delicious as I remembered. The chicken was tender, the sauce was flavorful, and the portion size was generous enough to guarantee leftovers. My companions enjoyed their meals as well, from a perfectly decent burger to a massive plate of pasta. And of course, the brown bread is a highlight in itself.
The star of the show, as always, was the cheesecake. We shared a slice of the Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake and it was divine—creamy, decadent, and the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
So why not a full five stars? The experience, while good, can feel a bit like a well-oiled machine rather than a personal dining event. The service was efficient but brisk; our server was clearly managing many tables and while he wasn't neglectful, there was a sense of being moved along the assembly line. It’s loud, it's chaotic, and while the food is consistently good, it sometimes lacks that special, chef-driven touch.
That said, The Cheesecake Factory knows exactly what it is and executes its concept extremely well. For a celebratory dinner, a family outing, or a night out with a group of indecisive eaters, it's a solid four-star choice that you can almost always count on.

I absolutely love Cheesecake Factory. I chose this establishment for dinner on what was my husband and I 20th year wedding anniversary and everything was delicious 😋. Everything was cooked as ordered and our waiter was very friendly. I had a glass of the Seven Daughters (Moscato) and my husband had a nice draft of Blue Moon that paired well with our meals as usual. With my wine I paired the Steak Diane (my favorite, medium well), while my husband had the Filet Mignon (medium rare). Dessert was 2 slices of strawberry cheesecake to-go. It was a lovely dine.

This is definitely at the top of my list for favorite places to eat! They have a chicken dish that comes with a sauce that is amazing; my top favorite!! My 2nd favorite is the avocado rolls; however the night we went the restaurant was out of these. Lastly there is no way anyone can go wrong with the cheesecake!! Unfortunately I learned they don't serve my favorite; banana foster cheesecake (slight banana flavor; the Bavarian cream was absolutely outstanding). Due to no longer serving it, I tried the pineapple upside down cheesecake. It was absolutely delicious; it even had the cake within it. In short absolutely yummy, and this adjective doesn't even do the experience justice!!

Service was slower than expected but not terrible. Food was okay. Not worth the price by any means though. Quality and flavor did not match the price. Margarita was very strong. Not necessarily a bad thing but I was expecting a better mix rather than mostly tequila. Cheesecake was very good though and obviously the highlight of the experience.

The Cheesecake Factory is one of those type of restaurants where I treat myself when I’m in the mood for their delicious Cajun Jambalaya pasta.

However, I found not ONE but TWO small chicken bones in my meal! Initially I thought it was a Thyme stem but I remembered, that type of seasoning has never been used whenever I visited this location very many times in the past. I couldn’t even finish my meal, because it caused me to lose my appetite, which is truly upsetting because this was a $28+ meal.

I’ve been dining here since 2010 and this has never happened so I’m truly disappointed considering I drove 35 minutes away from Hampton.

Had a wonderful experience when my family got together over the holidays. We all drove in from out of town (me, three and a half hours) and the service and food made the trip well worth it. Ariel is the best server we have ever had at a Cheesecake Factory. She was attentive and friendly, made great suggestions for food and cheesecake, and kept our drinks filled and our table tidy. I finally found a replacement for the discontinued Luau salad in the Thai Chicken Salad. My family members love their burgers and flatbreads. And the cheesecake we took home did not disappoint--try the Triple Berry Cheesecake. It won't disappoint. The only negative aspect of our experience is that there is no handicapped parking in close proximity to the restaurant and the side road next to the restaurant has No Stopping signs everywhere even though there are two lanes traveling south and very little traffic on the road. This made it very challenging for my 86 year old father who uses a walker because he had to walk a block to from the lot to the door, but this is not the fault of the restaurant.

Came to Virginia for a babymoon and decided to spend the last night eating at the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. We had Anthony as a server and he was so welcoming and make sure we were good. He even celebrated and congratulate myself and husband on the arrival of our baby. Definitely a good time.

The hostess never paid attention to me I gave her my phone number more than 3 times and because she still put in my phone number wrong I had to wait over one hour.
