The Egg Bistro Haygood

New found breakfast spot!! My sister's and I had breakfast the Saturday after Thanksgiving as our gathering after the holiday. We sat at the bar and Allie was our server. We had the absolute best time!! Between our own shenanigans and interactions with the staff we had a ball!! Nikki the manger was so personable and attentive to our needs. The food was amazing and we ohhed and ahhed at everything that came out of the kitchen. So glad to have found a new spot for breakfast.

Had an amazing lunch here today! It was my first time and the service was PHENOMENAL! the wait was very short with how full they were, the food was delicious, hot, and neatly presented. And most of all my waitress SYDNEY was great! She was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and I didn’t have to ask her for anything because she was already on top of it. She swooped in clearing our plates and cups unnoticed, while also checking in with us periodically. It was the perfect balance of being present while also allowing us to enjoy our meal. Thank you so much!

Stunningly personal and phenomenal service. We contracted Mike and his team at The Egg Bistro for our wedding and our rehearsal dinner and I can say without a doubt that they were instrumental in the success of our day! If the food makes a wedding for the guests, this wedding was one to remember. Mike was involved from the minute I asked if the Egg Bistro even did weddings, and he was there with us every step of the way - even on the day of! From sit down meetings and tastings, phone calls and texts to add personal touches to the menu, and bringing special bottles of hot sauce for my husband on our wedding day, his team took care of everything with such care and attention to detail...Mike made us feel like family.

I would have included more photos of the food but people couldn't get enough! Every picture I have is of a practically licked clean plate! I highly recommend the Egg Bistro not just for a meal but for any event if you value good food and good people. Our rehearsal diner was intimate and fun, with a menu Mike helped me pick out that wowed every single guest. The brunch wedding is absolutely the way to go with Mike and The Egg Bistro running the show. As much as we loved the food (and the price) what really sold us and made the experience special was the personal service. Mike and his team truly cared about the success of our day and I will never stop being incredibly grateful for the quality of service, attention to detail, and genuine care the Egg Bistro gave our wedding.

Dietary restrictions: The team at Egg Bistro do an AMAZING job of modifying the menu and accommodating for all kinds of dietary restrictions. We had several severe allergies present at our events and not a single complaint or negative reaction! Mike and his team took excellent care of my family and friends and we feel safe coming back time and again.

Kid-friendliness: The food is delicious and there are plenty of kid friendly options to choose from

Wheelchair accessibility: We had elderly guests that were concerned about accessibility and we had absolutely nothing to worry about! There are no stairs and the bathrooms are fully accessible and not a long trip from the tables.

Always great service and fantastic food. 3rd time visiting. The entire staff is always friendly & attentive. Highly recommend you stop in the Haygood location.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian omelet & Avocado toast that I noticed, but I'm not vegan so I wasn't looking to see if there are more.♡

Kid-friendliness: Saw several families present. Kids happily chatting and eating

We are regular customers at this location. Our assigned waitress was not attentive and we sat without drink refills, never got the hot sauce we requested etc. Megan, who had waited our table on previous visits, was able to jump in with a smile and help with refills, clearing plates and chatting with us about the holiday. The service we received from our assigned waitress was not typical of the quality of service typically delivered. We will always be back as we love The Egg.
We were seated at the table near the door and it was very cold. Not sure what can be done about that but thought it was worth considering.
