The service and atmosphere are always great and we are long-time customers and we continue to come back.
To be very honest the food is hit and miss, it always looks good and tastes good but temperature has been and continues to be a problem as it was today.
Not trying to be rude but I don't care about the other person or the other five people that might be with me at a table if you're trying to bring it all out at once somebody is going to have cold food.
My scrambled eggs were teppid at best even my English muffin was surprisingly lukewarm and even though I like my bacon crispy it was not hot in any way shape or form.
I know restaurants need Revenue but perhaps if you were to turn off the GrubHub and Uber Eats monster that is cannibalizing your business and focus on your in-house business on Saturdays and Sundays you would have more success and less remakes because I will not accept cold food at this price.

SELENA rocks as a server. Super busy morning and she was fast with coffee refills, friendly personality, and super nice. My meal was OUTSTANDING TOO! Keep her and give her a raise.

Sunia was our server and she was so sweet. My husband had the pumpkin pancakes She suggested and I had a couple of bites. They were absolutely delicious! All the food was delicious. Highly recommend the egg bistro to anyone.

I ate breakfast here on a Saturday and the food and service was great. If you go hopefully you’ll get Kayla. She’s very attentive and polite.
