So good, “the cheapest facelift in town” love it. The seasonal soup of the day is by far the most bang for your buck and super healthy and delicious always! Love working out here and being able to swing by this place, it’s really good healthy food!

Fantastic food, cool vibes Check it out
Had this place on my list since the moment I started looking at places to visit in VA Beach during a recent conference - I'll say, it didn't disappointing! Though somewhat small and unassuming, The Green Cat is a cozy little spot that exudes art and inclusivity. They boast a large variety of plant-based, vegan and gluten-free options. I opted for a cinnamon raisin oatmeal boat that was almost too pretty to eat (rest assured I did!), cold brew, and one of a vegan pumpkin dessert for later. All three were fantastic, comforting, balanced in flavor, and didn't leave me feeling bogged down and heavy. I'm gonna try to sneak in another visit before I leave, and will be sure to come back whenever I'm back in town!

I really enjoy this spot. Everything is fresh, the staff is great, they have their own parking area, and it's right by the boardwalk. I recommend the pumpkin pie, and taking your coffee or juice for a walk on the boardwalk.

Ordered a smoothie and while waiting a young boy with curly hair on top came out the back with a bag of frozen fruit on top of his head dropping fruit on the floor smh then puts it in the sink and start using his hands with no gloves on to take fruit apart smh also talking with lots of profanity oh yeah and let's not forget rubs his hands through his hair and I'm thinking please don't be the one making my smoothie and luckily he didn't please remind employees to practice clean and behave professionally Green cat

Green goddess avocado toast was so delicious.
Also tried the bowl my friend got.. unsure of the name. But it surprised me with how refreshing it tasted. I usually shy away from blue colored food lol, but this was delicious.
The cafe environment is warm and welcoming with small biz booths scattered up front containing homemade jewelry, cards, etc.
I will say it's a little pricey.
The bowl, my toast and a matcha came to $40 with tip.
It's a splurge for sure.
