The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Friday August 29 2025 went into this establishment for the first time for lunch and will NEVER return. I order 1/2 slab or ribs with 2 sides fries, bake bean and a hoagie sausage and pepsi. I went to car I open to verify, in the suppose to be hoagie was only a sausage so I grabbed a fry, it was salty. I went and ask the cashier can I get more fries because of the saltiness and can i get a bun for the sausage.the cashier says NO bun comes with the sausage although its advertised as a hoagie and he went in the back and the manager came out and I was told, I had to purchase another order of fries or she can drop the fries back in the hot oil to remove some of the salt. I stated, no I won't pay for another order of fries and you will not drop this fries back in oil and serve them back to me. In a nasty tone the manager says okkk were just make u some more fries. I ask her for her name after she brought some more fries out she stated no I won't give you my name because, I don't suppose to be here and she brought young man out and said he was the manger. I asked why he didn't come out when I ask for a manager the first time. She stated look sir thats the way we make our fries and we tasted the fries and it wasn't salty to us, apparently different taste buds. So she stated look we will refund your money because you're causing a scene. Typical of a black person address a Caucasian individual stereotype. I told her I have cooked many years in the military and have never heard you will drop fries back in oil to saturate even the more with oum and I will write a review and she stated yea go head and try ti ruin a small business, I stated the people that is hired to manage small businesses is ruining small businesses. This might be a great business I don't know, but if customer service is like this, I wouldn't advice going here.

I went after hearing about this place on Rumble in the morning. I got their signature Hogzilla sandwich. While it was large it definitely left a lot to be desired. The brisket was not fresh it had been reheated. It was dry and well done. Their was two thin almost transparent strips of bacon. None of the meat had any smoke flavor at all. The side of macaroni and cheese had a broken cheese sauce and was about the size of a pudding cup. Definitely not worth the price. The only good side was the young lady at the counter was super nice and easy to talk to.

The young lady at the counter was really nice and checked to see if the mac and cheese was made with eggs and explained things to us, but that was about the best part of the visit! The food was not very good though-we got pulled pork, ribs, chicken BBQ, greens, mac and cheese, green beans, hush puppies, and fresh-made skins; my daughter said the chicken BBQ and the hush puppies were good and I thought the skins were really good, but the rest had too much sugar in it and the ribs were tough! I would only come back for the skins only, but plain this time because I got lemon pepper flavor and they were doused in too much seasoning, but once I brushed it off, they were very tasty!
