Afternoon tea at the Cavalier is a must! Everything was super cute and the food was great! More importantly, our server, Ashley, was amazing! She made the experience all the more fun with her sweet spirit and attentiveness! 10/10 recommend!
We had great time at afternoon tea. The black and vanilla tea was amazing. There was more food than we could eat. The Raleigh Room is a really cool blend of Victorian style and modern. The music was a little odd. There was a guy playing popular songs on a steel drum. Not the vibe we were looking for. But everything else was superb!
The environment was beautiful though we were seated by a very busy door. The tea was not acceptable. It was loose tea steeped with lukewarm water. The leaves made the tea undrinkable. The food was mostly delicious but all sandwich bread tastes like it had been left out and seemed dry. The service was very nice at the beginning but did not see them again until the bill was presented. It is billed to be a luxury restaurant so I believe that the food and service should be consistently...
