I called to get my gyro remade because they drowned it in sauce it was leaking through the package the gyro looks so disgusting like it was made with they eyes closed lmbo it was food everywhere it was so sour & wet the bread was soggy it was missing so many veggies . this was my first experience I’ll never eat here again & when I called she was so rude & said they won’t remake it for me so i threw it away . I’m so unhappy with my service Horrible service.Like at least have good service the food is horrid .

The cilantro sauce was encrusted with mold. When we told the lady behind the counter, she could care less. Make sure you look at the sauce before it is placed on your food. We sensed that the lady behind the counter did not want to be there because her customer service was non-existent.

The best thing in my bowl was the white garlic sauce! I could dip everything in it.Baklava cheesecake- could do without the soggy topping but the cheesecake by itself, was so good!

If you’re gonna close early, UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE/WEBSITE. We placed an order for food and it said it would be ready at 2:06pm. We got there and the lights were out and the doors were locked. We contacted another location and they said “oh it was slow so the manager closed early”. Then you need to update all places stating that. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

The gyros are excellent. Great topping options. They are short on staff as everyone is at this time so there may be a wait but the staff is friendly.

Parking: They have parking in the front and in the back of the strip mall.

I placed an order online at 6:07 and received an email that it would be ready at 6:22. When I walked in at 6:22 it still hadn't been started and there was only 1 guest. I stood in the pickup area with an Uber pickup who had also been waiting awhile as the only person working on a Saturday night was making the orders for everyone that walked in after us before even addressing us. If there was a way to get a refund from the online order, I would have just left.I see that there are other recent, similar reviews, so I'm not sure if it is the restaurant policy to make walk in orders before online orders, but I'm talking about people who walked in AFTER I walked in, so I don't see how they would get to skip the line in front of another person who is already standing there waiting for their food. Two stars because it wasn't the employee's fault that she was stuck working completely alone (which I don't think is safe btw). If it wasn't for feeling bad for her it would be one star. Finally walked out with my food (a single pita) at 6:47, 40 minutes after placing my order for what basically amounts to fast food. That's not an acceptable time frame for steam table pre-made food. Sorry.

Their hours are not always what is listed on the door. It says they are having a hard time with staffing. The food was delicious. The gyro had fresh meat and lots of toppings available. The pickled red onions were really good. The greek fries were pretty good, they needed more seasoning. Overall, enjoyed the place.

Placed order Ahead of time. Arrived at restaurant and order had not even been started. Was told they needed to get through the line first. Still did not make order. Waited through 10 more walk-in customers, had to request them to start our order. An hour later… got our food. All of our rice bowls contained zero rice, missing sauces, and very bland food. Would not suggest to anyone.

Today was my first day here and the food just wasn’t worth it. I got a bowl with half falafel and half chicken, I received two falafel dryer than sand and a few shreds of chicken. For 15 dollars I feel like I should actually be full after eating. This place is stingy with all the toppings even when charging a premium. I wanted to try something new but am honestly just disappointed with my experience

We were the only ones there on a Thursday night. After being in Europe, we were missing Greek food. We got 3 traditional gyros and an order of shareable fries. The fries were enough for four people. It was really good and we will return.

Extremely disappointed!! This Friday they were Very stingy with the portions. My wife went here all the time. This time the portions were Tiny Tiny Tiny. We got a Bowl and the lady put two pieces of Gyro meat..2...so stingy! ..I mentioned something to her and she argued with me. I Couldn't believe it.The attitude reminded me of Popeyes Chicken, will Simple Greek give the same thing "Attitude as a side" ! Crazy.Beware. Eat before you go!

Went here for lunch on a Thursday, right around noon, but the signature chicken was very dried out, hard, and looked like the end bits. Roasted veggies didn't quite fit the Greek flavor palette, and the seasoned rice didn't taste authentic. Something about the flavors didn't quite match up to something like Cava. I would say this is like the Panda Express of Greek food, if you catch my drift.Dessert: I tried the baklava cheesecake with high hopes... But sadly that didn't taste fresh either. A bit rubbery on the baklava layer, cheese cake layer was cakey and medium-dry but had a good flavor. And the crust was a cake layer which was an interesting choice.Positives: The pita and hummus were great, and the atmosphere was chill, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and efficient.Price: a little over $12 for the signature chicken bowl, but smaller portions compared to Cava.Overall, not bad, but not great either. I would recommend to someone who doesn't like the strong seasonings of most Greek places: the pickled and cilantro flavors, and for folks who want a quick and casual lunch who don't mind a high price point for small portions. But I wouldn't recommend for people looking for a hearty meal, authentic Mediterranean flavors, or those with a daring or picky palette. But please give them a chance regardless of my review and see for yourself!

Parking: Good location in Landstown area but it can get crowded at lunch.

I'm pregnant and made it known first thing that I will be a bit difficult since I wasn't sure what I wanted and would ask for a few things on the side the girl was super nice (tall blond lady) I got 2 gyros (yes for myself lol) one steak one traditional and asked for a few things on the side she was super sweet about it and such a pleasant personality I got a side of green beans and a side of fry's (i usually would have gotten the Greek fries as the are TO DIE FOR but am currently experiencing a temporary feta adversion) the fries where fresh and hot and everything was so good I spent $50 on this spread but was not very phased sense I will probably eat off of it for the rest of the day I ate half of each gyro in the store and some of each side getting smiles and polite faces from all the employees in passing even the cook seems like a sweet heart I am leaving full and ready to go cozy up at home and watch my Netflix as I periodically much on my splurge very happy came in nauseous and hungry on the verge of barf and I'm so happy I feel so much better ❤️WILL BE BACK

Vegetarian options: Falafel is fantastic

Kid-friendliness: Assortment of desserts and very friendly staff

Amazing Lemon Chicken Pita sandwich and I got to add 5 toppings! Tzatziki sauce is so authentic. Love this place.

This place was great when it first opened but has since gone down hill. They used to carry great fresh options and now it's really lacking. They used to give you a decent amount in the bowl and now they try to skimp you while charging too much. Today, they were out of certain items, it was the lunch rush but I've worked in restaurants and your supposed to have back ups. They were out of meats, the green beans, the tzaki sauce and almost out of the other vegetables. I wanted the green beans and all the young lady said was that it was almost out, she didn't offer to bring out anymore. The chicken was overcooked and really they were almost out of that and I got crumbs. I know things are costly but I don't think the amount you pay is worth eating here anymore. This wasn't my first not so great experience here, the ladies there today were far better at customer service than others who have been there but I think it was the last time I'll be eating there.
