Always a cute fun place to take the family! For as many people that were in the hut tables could have been wiped down regularly to help with the bees and flies that love the sweet syrup. The service was friendly!

Could be great if they would get a different brand of syrups. They have no flavor! In my party we ordered Georgia Peach, tiger’s blood, watermelon and you would think these would be flavorful, NAHHHH just like the ice if was layered in. Once they change this , would love to patronize.

They had one girl working on hot busy summer day. She was doing her best but having to take orders and payment by herself and make all the sno cones meant everything was moving super slow. There were 7 people in front of us. We watched one person get their sno cone after ten minutes, did the math, and decided we didn’t want to wait more than an hour, so we left.

No flavor at all. Watered down syrup and 15 minute 🫸

If you do not want to stand in line for slow workers, This is not the place for you. We arrived at 5:30 p.m Today, with only 12 customers in front of us. It took them 45 minutes before they service me. I ordered the kiddie with 2 flavors and that took another 10 minutes. At first, I thought they was cooking food for other customers,...Not! They was just so extremely slow with the service.
It was also over 92degrees very sunny, there is no shade from the sun when standing in a 45 minute line.... Kona Ice! Should have pulled there truck up and show them how to service 15 customers in 10 minutes.
P.S... there was 3 workers behind the counter. I will not be back... I wish I could give a Zero.

Every time I’ve been there has been good except for the time that I got gummy bear sharks and they tasted disgusting. I normally like them, but I think they were old.

A summer essential!!! This is the best place to get a snow cone to cool down from the heat! The sizes are HEFTY and I love how there’s so many flavor options to choose from. They also have little puppy snow cones (with pet friendly flavors or you can get plain) for your furry friends to cool down with as well! Whether you’re visiting or live in the area, this place is a MUST in the summer season.

I do wish they’d stay open a little later into the fall season since this year we’ve been having a hot fall (days in the 80’s still). But I think they open back up for the spring!

I love this place! I don’t love how long it takes if there is a line though. One day it was over 45 min wait. It seems like they could do what chick fila does when it’s long and take orders outside while the folks inside make the order. They really should review a more efficient process for the busier season. They would make more money.

This was an outdoor walk up experience when my son and I went to get him his famous slushee snowballs. He rated a five for taste and size as he got the largest he could with the shark gummies lol . The service provided was friendly and fast. Would visit again in future.

Dietary restrictions: There are sugar free flavors with Splenda options.

Parking: It is in a shared parking lot with other business and you just park anywhere or pull up to order and go. You can see business from the street as well.

Kid-friendliness: There are many options available and kid size snowballs, snow shakes, over 60 flavors to choose from, and tables to sit down and enjoy for entire family if you choose to stay.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to enter into the platform to order and down when leaving. There is plenty of space.

Crazy wait time.

Awful service. They need to invest in more ice shavers. Waited in line for 30 min just for them to come out and say “we are out of ice” conveniently at closing time. Meanwhile you have 3 teenagers messing around hardly working inside. They need a real adult to be there to manage
