this was my first time here and it was a great experience! i loved the pink interior and just warm environment. there were kiosks available to order on. i had put in the notes i had a banana allergy. when they brought my item to me, they told me they saw the allergy note. they assured me they changed gloves, scoped from new container, and sanitized all utensils! it was a very pleasant experience. we were celebrating my moms broth day and we’re throughly happy!!
They have put a lot of effort into making this place feel like another world when you walk into the door. The vibes were amazing and the kids loved it. Also, John and Niko were really helpful with answering all our questions about the Igloos they have for private parties. We definitely plan on bringing our friends back with their kids.
It's nice but I feel like it's for tik tok trends. The ice cream was good but I really didn't like that it came in such a small cup and the 2nd flavor isn't in the cup at all. It was fast service for just the 2 small cups of ice-cream.
