Terrible customer service the lady up front had a nasty attitude and then she got my order wrong when I tried to get it corrected she rolled her eyes and wouldn’t help terrible place!

Don’t normally drink bluebell ice cream milk shake; but the customer service that the two staffs given today was spot on. Thanks for making my milkshake tastes better than it should

This place was as good as I thought.
We were at the I DO bridal studio for a couple of hours. This place is right next door taunting you, so we came here after. We had about a half hour drive home, so I didn’t want anything crazy. I just got a regular strawberry cheesecake shake, and a cookie dough pop.
They were both good, but I could’ve just gotten the shake and been fine. I don’t even think I could handle one of their big shakes with all the stuff on it. I do like sweets, just can’t handle that much. The staff seemed irritated also. But it was towards the end of their shift, maybe like last 2 hours, so they were probably just tired at that point. The inside of the restaurant was cute. Overall, it was something I got to say I tried it, but I’m not into sweets enough to go out of my way to get it again. If you are in the area and you do love sweets, I definitely recommend.

First time in. Was super excited to go with my sons, Walked in. No one said a word. We stood there almost over 15 minutes before someone even asked to take our order. Staff are not personable, they seem either burnt out or just not wanting to be there. $20 bucks for what we ordered. The milkshake was thin, and mostly whip cream. Presentation was great. Super sweet. Not a lot of seating. I won’t be back.

Nice little place with a huge selection out ice cream and milkshakes. Definitely a good place for a group, a family or a date night. Heck even solo! A little pricey, but the ice cream s delicious!

I walked in with my family, looked at melted ice cream, and walked out. None of the ice cream looked appetizing. However, many of my coworkers have high praises for the shop. They said it was worth every penny. I came all the way from Norfolk to try this place. I ended up going to DQ for my ice cream.

This was my first time going through The Yard for milkshakes. We went for my mom's birthday and everything was amazing. My mom got the birthday cake milkshake and she liked it. She loved the toppings and when my kids got home they did as well. I got the Oreo mint brownie milkshake (might be wrong on the name). I loved that milkshake, I do not think that my milkshake made it back to our home. The toppings did and my children thought it was delicious. It is a bit pricey for us, so this is only a once in a while type of place for us but it was great and we will go back for sure ?.

Our first time going here. WOW! We didn't realize it would cost so much for 3 milkshakes. We did get souvenir jars, and they were very well presented. The milkshake were on the thin side. They tasted good, but just thin. They were not over the top delicious as we were expecting. We'll give them another try in the future, and maybe not get the souvenir jars. Approx. $20+ per milkshake will definitely be a rare treat.
