But of a surprise for me here. Been here before, a while ago and wasn't impressed. Totally different experience. I enjoyed my visit. Staff was extremely helpful!

Me and my son ate here and spent the next 2 days with vomiting and diarrhea. Definitely got food poisoning. The beef was cold and there was a big chunk of it in my nachos, I pulled it apart and it literally looked like a hairball that a cat spit up. So gross. Not coming back here again.

This place used to be good, NOT anymore. It's terrible, from the service, to the food, to the prices. No wonder it's deserted these days. It took 3 times before the food was delivered to our table as ordered. Then the tacos were greasy, the shells stale, and the chicken in the quesadilla was sour (!), yuck.This was my final visit.

So can you guess what my first picture is? That's chicken tacos.... I don't know how this is acceptable. I pay $12 for 2 tacos... they each have no more than 1oz of meat.... I literally took my first bite and all I got was lettuce.... this used to be my favorite place and now I feel they are just stealing from us, i had to pay for more meat when i mentioned it to the server.... yes their sauce bar is good but I guess I'll just buy the bottles and go get tacos somewhere that's worth it... ?

Great food, as fast as taco Bell, better tasting and has margarita! And the staff is awesome and very thoughtful! And don't forget about the plethora of saucesHighly recommend will be back

You just can’t go wrong eating here. The food is always consistent. We have been coming here over ten years when we are in the area. The staff are always friendly.

Excellent service and great food with fresh ingredients. The staff is always super friendly! I ordered blackened chicken flautas to go which come with sour cream, guacamole,& queso. Also receive a small bag of tortilla chips. The flautas were still warm and crispy when I arrived home. Absolutely delicious!! There is an inside and outside eating area. Inside is very colorful and bright! Outside is nice with umbrellas attached to the tables. If you like to experiment with different sauces, there is a sauce bar inside with specialty sauce flavors ranging from mild to hot hot.

I’m giving 5 stars because Sam at the Virginia Beach location was extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct and bagged up well. She was descriptive when explaining all food items and what they came with and she had the best customer service we’ve encountered in a long time.

Let me start by saying Samantha is amazing. She was helpful, patient and showed excellent customer service. We are from out of town so we came to try Tijuana for the 1st time. The food is really good. With that said I ordered 2 kids meals and they didn't get their treat/candy in either. We also paid for extra sides of sour cream, salsa and Guacamole and didn't recieve it either. Lastly my rice was dry and crunchy. So I was a little disappointed but all in all I would give them another try.

Horrible service. Called a to go order arrived to pick it up for them to sat they don't have the order. Checked if it was the correct location and it was. Cashier stated, "we don't take the calls here, an outside place does and sends them to us, sorry." They did absolutely nothing to compensate our time when we then had to wait another 30 minutes for our food to be ready. I will NEVER recommend this place specifically due to their customer service.

Still one of my favorite places to go. Wish one was closer. I really enjoy all of the different hot sauces available.
