Top golf is always a very fun experience, even if you don't golf you will love this spot. Me & my family had a blast golfing this past weekend. Plently of parking, wasn't to croweded. Food was decent. Could be better

It's a nice place to hang out. Pretty worn out and really hot after an hour. Food was ok, just like regular bar food. Everyone, especially the waitresses, were really nice and attentive. Love how clean it is here! Looking forward to maybe coming back at night next time.

This was my first time coming and it was not a good experience. First the food took over 35 minutes to come the waiter said he’d give us more time because by the time the food came we only had like 20 mins left that also never happened so we had to purchase more time ourselves. Then the ball machine kept breaking so there went at least 10-15 minutes of our playing time. Manager came to fix it and said he’d give us more time or a discount that never happened. Then the last 10 minutes it broke again. No one was there to tell . It was disappointing for sure

Today at approximately 2:10 PM, I visited TopGolf Virginia Beach (5444 Greenwich Rd) regarding a Groupon purchase made by my sister-in-law for 1 hour of play for up to six people. The purchase was made for a family birthday celebration scheduled for Saturday, February 28 at 4 PM. The website did not allow her to book the one-hour option and showed no availability, which is why I came in person to seek assistance.

I made it clear to the front desk employee that the Groupon was purchased by my sister-in-law and that I was there on her behalf to try to resolve the booking issue. Before I could fully explain the situation to the manager, the manager immediately responded in a rushed and aggressive tone, stating they had been receiving complaints all day about Groupon and that there was “nothing they could do.” I was instructed to have my sister-in-law contact Groupon for a refund. The manager then pointed to a sign advertising other deals and disengaged from the conversation.

The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. No effort was made to review the issue, explore availability, or attempt any reasonable accommodation for a family birthday event. The tone conveyed frustration toward customers rather than a willingness to assist.

Extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled.

I recommend making a reservation and checking out the food and drink menu ahead of time to save some time, since it can take a while for orders to come out. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the place is clean, and we had a really fun time overall. The food was okay…nothing special and the drinks were either watered down or super sweet. You never know. Still a good spot for the vibes and company.

Normally we have such a great time, tonight being the one and only night we had a negative experience. Our server, Tiffany S. as written on the receipt, was terrible. She had an attitude towards us, serving all tables around us and when she did serve us, she was extremely rude. Come time to pay, she had us split the bill on the receipt when we initially said we’d all be paying separately.
We all love top golf but have never had such a terrible experience until tonight.

Made an "EAT & PLAY" reservation. Choices were "EAT", "PLAY" or "EAT and PLAY". Arrived 15-minutes before my reservation. After 10-minutes of the clerk checking systems and checking with the manager, we were told we could wait for a table downstairs and then get our name on the (2-hour) waiting list for playing. Ruined Valentines Day. Not likely to return.

Had a wonderful time here. $30 for 90 minutes cant beat that!! Would recommend it any family looking for a fun time.

The staff are supportive and not overbearing. Had small children and kept thinking they would cause some sort of issue with policy. Quite the opposite they came and talked to me asking if I was enjoying and they were happy to see my kids enjoying and the comped 30 minutes of golf. The manager was very kind to do this. I think his name was Travis.

I’ve been here probably 4-5 times now, and always had a great experience, but went again tonight, and I have to say that I couldn’t have asked for a better time. I have to shoutout Travis for making my 9 year old son’s time there memorable. As soon as we checked in, he challenged my son to beat me first game, and when he did, Travis gave him a little gift. And the positive interaction didn’t stop there. The service was polite and attentive, and every single person there made sure we had a smile on our face the entire time. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Top Golf VB to anyone wanting to spend a fun night with friends or family.

First time going here. Was a lot of fun and the food was pretty good. Drinks are a little on the expensive side. Definitely looking forward to going back.

This location is super popular and packed. I recommend that you make a reservation on weekends. I went Tuesday and it was crowded but, no wait time. I went today, Saturday, and it was hard to find parking. I had an amazing time and my food was great both times. The staff was friendly and attentive.

First time coming here, but definitely worth the experience. I am NOT a golfer at all but my kids and I had a blast. The staff was attentive without being over bearing. My kiddos had chicken tenders and the s'mores skillet. I partook in an adult beverage. We played for an hour and a half. The food was well presented but somewhat overpriced, although thats usually the gimmick in these types of places. The heat in the booth we were in was kicking, but the nice thing is you had control of it. Everyone involved had a really great time.
