I want to share my experience from today’s visit. I ordered a 25-piece party tray, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The chicken tasted old, the meat was dark brown, dry, and nothing like the fresh quality I’ve received in the past.
I spoke with the manager about the issue, and there was no real concern or regard shown for the situation. After this experience, I will not be returning. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and this was by far the worst visit I’ve had.
Please check your food before leaving to avoid the experience I had. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their quality and customer care.

I dont know about the food but the wait was ridiculous. I'm a dasher & you can't make any money standing around waiting for 30+ mins. 😕
Ordered chicken teriyaki and mixed vegetables. There were good-sized portions of each and very tasty. The food was cooked after being ordered and was fresh and hot. The staff were customer-friendly and prompt.

Tried a mix of items recently, and the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the shrimp was flavorful and well-cooked, and the rice was fresh and nicely done, which made for a good base to the meal.
However, the Chicken Sesame was disappointing. Some of the pieces had a strange, almost plasticky texture that really took away from the dish—it barely resembled actual chicken in parts. This definitely affected the overall quality and enjoyment.

I have ordered from this place in the past without any problems until last night. I live TWO miles from this place and I ordered food for delivery. Food is good but the service is terrible. Last night I placed an order at 8:13pm and was told that I would have my food by 8:50pm. Delivery driver didn't show up until 9:30pm and when I received my order my food was cold. Prior to delivery I had called back and said that I was not going to accept cold food. When the driver arrived I asked that he got back and remake the order and he refused. Called back to the store SEVERAL times and spoke to several different people claiming to be the manager or owner who refused to remake the order but also was rude and even hung up on me. This place advertises that they deliver but what they don't tell you is that they are using Door Dash so there is no guarantee that you will get your order in a reasonable amount of time. Regardless of that it does NOT take OVER an hour to deliver food to someone only TWO miles away. Between that and the rudeness of the employees working last night, it is completely UNACCEPTABLE.

Im currently 8 months pregnant. I decided to order Shrimp egg foo young. I never ever complained about their cooking til now. When i received my order by the time i got home they were closed so i wasn’t able to call them. But my food was completely brunt. Went there today to show the young lady how brunt my food was. She caught an attitude and told me not to ever come back. All i wanted was her to remake the food

I tried Top China restaurant today for the first time and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. I am a very picky person when it comes to Chinese cuisine. As a New York transplant, decent Chinese food is hard to come by locally. I ordered the General Tso chicken with pork fried rice combo and it was not bad at all. I also ordered the fried dumplings, and they were okay. Not the best I’ve had, but not horrible. I think I will order again from here.

I always buy General Tso's Chicken and dumplings in NY at my favorite spot, this place had big shoes to fill, but their General Tso's Chicken was really good, not the same but close. Their steamed dumplings are flavorless. Which is upsetting cuz back in NY they were the best but being here I don't think I'll buy them again.

Overcooked food, very unpleasant attention from the cashier lady when taking the order, loud and without any kindness. They have a plastic barrier there ? and she screams upset because she can't hear ?? I've been there several times but today was my last time, I thought it was the only option but there are several restaurants with much better food and service out there. If you like to be mistreated and cooked with bad taste, as if you went to order a gift, you can go to this place, but if you want to be treated well, it is better to visit COOK OUT, which is a few steps away and they are very friendly and the place is very clean.
