Worked in restaurants for years and my wife has been a server and manager for over 30 years. Very weird experience here. We ordered nachos and waited over an hour. Server was totally clueless. Never eat there you will be sorry you did.

Went there for lunch. They are out of draft beer and that's why we went there. We left. Then went back for dinner @ 6:30 pm. They was beef. It was very windy. The fire pit was on when was there at lunch time. But at dinner time they had to find somebody to turn it on and nobody ever turned it on. We got our food @ 7:20. My husband had two drinks dirty banana $15 each. Pork nachos $24 n chicken burrito $19.

Could not get waited on. He kept on skipping us over. Went one block to Mellow Mushroom. He didn't have time, to wait on us, but everyone else. Sucks because we stay at that resort. Understaffed most likely, or just do not care.

I ate there on August 9 and was charged $87.77 for my meal. I was charged the same amount again on aug 21 even though I have not been there since August 9. I knew something was strange when the charge stayed in pending status for days and days. I tried to call the restaurant and it goes straight to voicemail and their mailbox is full. Awesome

This place definitely has a great atmosphere with its boardwalk view, fire pits, outdoor seating, and live music. Unfortunately, that’s about all it has going for it. The drinks were overpriced and very weak, and the food wasn’t much better—$18 for an 8-piece order of wings felt excessive. My recommendation would be to head over to Lager and Head instead. Not only are the drinks much stronger and worth the price, but the $17 loaded nachos are so filling you don’t even need an entrée. In my opinion, don’t let the appealing look of Tortugas fool you—the vibe doesn’t make up for the lack of quality or value.

Waitress was very nice. The food was disgusting and so overpriced. This was my second time visiting and never again. I am shocked that they get away with selling people the most disgusting food at the highest prices. Definitely do not suggest this restaurant.

Bartender has an attitude! Definitely a Debbie Downer for vacation! Drinks are great, but a “fun” bartender would be nice! Why are so many people miserable? If you’re that unhappy in your job, get a new one!

Fun place for drinks and bar food. Nightly live music in the gazebo between here and Lagerheads is a plus.
Four of us had food here, we all agreed everything tasted very good.

Very cool location, but the prices are outrageous ($9 for a single 12 oz. can of Yingling). Slow service. No beer on draft is inexcusable (I assume temporary). The margarita was just ok. Would not go again unless I've got more money to burn.

Had a great experience at Tortugas Tiki Bar! Bartender James was super friendly, approachable, and really knowledgeable about both the menu and the drinks. Easily one of the best hotel resort tiki bars I’ve been to—aside from a few in Mexico. The kids were having a blast in the pool while we relaxed right beside it. Great vibes all around!

Stopped in on a whim. Rent must be high because the prices they charged do not match the quality of the food. It’s a very basic Mexican restaurant at its core. Why’s it cost so much for just okay food at best?!

Kentucky Mule was eh.
Nachos were okay, hard to mess those up when they’re not fresh.
Shrimp bowl was lackluster.
Fish tacos were fried to heck. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were frozen.
Best meal of the trip seemed to be the kids grilled cheese, which I’m sure was overpriced as well.

Not bad, but pricey for drinks. I can of Miller Lite was 9 bucks.
