It’s a very cute place but today was my first time here. The prices are Starbucks prices and not Starbucks quality… I ordered the cocomocha latte. And it just taste like a plain breakfast blend coffee. Didn’t even come with the whip cream and chocolate drizzle on top. I didn’t even finish it I drank about a quarter of it and threw it away. Didn’t taste any coconut Or chocolate and I had her add a pump of peppermint to maybe sweeten it up a little bit and that didn’t do anything.

The coffee and food are great but anytime someone scoots in their chair, there is a super loud and jarring squeal from the metal chair legs on the concrete floor. Really disruptive for talking, studying, and reading. Highly recommend management address this, pads on the chair leg tips would suffice.
UPDATE: I came back and the chair issue has been addressed. The entire experience is a million times better. Great job management, 10/10 improvement, thank you for listening!

They offer walk up screens to order on an app, which is great for people in a hurry! But I really wanted to be able to talk to a person. Arley was so personable and accommodating. Thank you!!

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The employee working the drive-thru today was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we attempted to pay, she became frustrated because our card could not be tapped, and when handing us the card reader, she made an inappropriate remark asking us not to steal it. After handing us our drinks, she immediately slammed the drive-thru window in our faces. We did not have time to go inside to speak with management, but this experience was very upsetting and disappointing.
So happy to have found this piece!
Atmosphere was very pleasant, they just need felt slides at bottom of chairs because the squealing got too real. Food was really good but wish I would have added mayo to my BTG (bacon tomato and greens) sandwich.l, It was sooo good, just missing mayo. Service was great with food and coffee being quickly delivered.
Overall a winner we will definitely revisit.
