Town Center Cold Pressed - Virginia Beach Town Center

This place is a 10/10! I love the diversity of not only the fresh menu, but the staff as well. We were greeted upon entry, Paul thoroughly explained the menu, and we received our food fast (something shocking at a coffee shop these days). My family and I will definitely be back! Shoutout to Paul for his phenomenal customer service.

I recently visited your establishment and ordered a bagel with avocado along with other ingredients. However, when my order arrived, it was missing the avocado. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was informed that there was no avocado available.

I understand that ingredients can occasionally run out, but I would have appreciated being informed at the time of ordering so I could have made an alternative choice. It was disappointing to receive my order incomplete without prior notice.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that similar issues can be avoided in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.

The best service I’ve ever experienced at a coffee shop. Every single staff member was friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to help you. Drinks are very good and there are food options for everyone. Both the oatmeal and smoothie bowl we tried were very good.

This is an amazing spot to study, chat, and read. Seating can be limited and hard to find, so try going later in the morning if you're looking for a table. The baristas are very friendly, and overall, it's a fantastic place!

Mckenna & Mars are the nicest humans I’ve met in a long time! Their customer service is top tier! They made me feel welcomed for my first time ever ordering from there & they have the sweetest personalities. I appreciate then for making my experience amazing. Will definitely be visiting again.

First time trying this place and it was delicious! I had the turkey sausage and egg on an everything bagel. I added avocado and red onion. It was so good! The roots juice was also very good! I have to express my appreciation for the turkey meat options! Not everyone eats pork! Thank you so much! I will be back!

Everyone was super nice here and even wrote little messages on your coffee cup. There is a fun selection of juices and juice shots. The espresso is a bit darker roast for my taste but still pretty good.

Welcoming, relaxing atmosphere!! I come here all the time for meetings or to catch up on office work!! Food is good! I like the English muffin and vegan sausage. MaKenna is especially accommodating, kind and sees to it that my experience is nothing less than amazing! Thank you Cold Pressed!!
