We had the best time celebrating my daughter’s 10th Birthday with Town Center Cold Press… the ladies played her favorite music, drinks were good, and we loved it!

I use to order take away from Cold Press on General Booth Blvd., all the time when I worked near there. It’s been 3 years since then. I’m back in the area working and went thru the drive thru this morning for my usual which was the Lox Bagel GF. Unfortunately, for $16.71 it was definitely not worth it the increase in price. The price has skyrocketed but not the quality. In fact, the lox bagel sandwich was flavorless. Here are the details, the spinach leaves were wet as if someone had just rinsed them, there was no nori flakes, no sesame seeds and a flavorless cream cheese, which was not spread on but put on as a scoop. The gluten free bagel was not the everything bagel which they do make it in gluten free. The bagel was thick and bland, with wet spinach leaves, no nori, no sesame seeds which is advertised on the menu, would’ve added some flavor. $16.71 is too expensive for just a bagel sandwich that is not outstanding anymore. It was Not wrapped in paper like before and not cut in half as before. This sandwich for me went from a 10 to a 2. In fact, I will not be going back unless the management gets back to the way they use to fix it.

Best bagel I ever had, and the pistachio espresso was so good , Pattie was amazing, great customer service and care. I’m definitely coming back!

Whoever owns this establishment needs to get it together.

Whoever made my drink is extremely lazy. I ordered two matchas. The first drink is good. But the second drink was absolutely horrible. They basically dumped whatever leftover into the second drink from the first one they made and just dumped the unprocessed matcha powder into the drink without properly making it. It was extremely watered down and stale.
The last time I came here, the employees were merely chatting with each other without acknowledging a single customer for a while and not making a single item. Sure, I’m up for having fun at work and chatting with my coworkers but you’re at work. You’re not getting paid to sit around and do nothing. You chose the job, so do your job. We waited for 20-30 minutes to be helped and it took nearly an hour to receive our order.
Maybe you should reconsider new employees.

I walked inside and I met Felicia! I told her how I've never been there before and she told me ALLLL about the menu and explained everything to me. She definitely made me want to come back. Although I just got a smoothie. Today i went back and got the Southwest Bagel that she told me about and ommgggg it is amazing!!!! Everyone needs someone like Felicia at their job! She was awesome.

This is my favorite place to stop by for a coffee (always a pistachio milk latte!) and an oatmeal bowl. The food and coffee is always good, staff is always kind, and atmosphere is amazing. 10/10 would recommend! And Shoutout to Jordan for finally convincing me to get the app and earn some point!
