I absolutely LOVE this place!!! The atmosphere and the customer service is phenomenal every time I come here! Chef Mike is the best! The entire staff always makes sure me and my kids are well taken care of every time we come! I haven’t ordered a single thing here I didn’t enjoy and I love that it’s all healthy! We are really going to miss this place when we move away!

My experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered my items ahead. All we got was a smoothie and a latte. Many of the time I waited no one was at the front. The place was dead so no reason my drinks should’ve taken 15 minutes past the pick up time. Will not be returning to this establishment.

The coffee was really good but the smoothie bowl wasn’t my favorite in the area. It seemed like the base had sugar mixed it and I wonder if the base is premade and frozen in the bowls because it was a different kind of frozen. The message on the coffee cup was really sweet.

I love this place! Not only the sandwiches and smuices are amazing the employees are just as amazingly awesome. Always so friendly, polite, respectful and very professional. I wish Town Center Cold Pressed are everywhere (I come here almost every morning)! Keep up the good work guys and thank you for making my mornings a happier one!! God Bless!!!

Sign says good vibes but the service is questionable at best. I got a gift card here and wanted to use it. I came in for the first time and waited 10 minutes with nobody at the front. I was ringing the bell - calling back through the cracked door where I could literally see the worker talking and joking. They never came. I wanted to use the gift card and didn't have much time left before I had to go to work so I tried the drive thru. Immediately, someone came on - I told them I was inside and waiting for over 10 minutes. He said they were busy helping other customers but there was nobody inside or outside - so he lied. I didn't use all my gift card and wanted to get my coworkers some coffee as my second attempt. They messed up my order, did not charge the gift card (but kept it) and then charged my card for the full amount. Long story short, I am never wasting my time or money here again.

They open at 6 and are completely sold out of juice by 7? Because they allow people to buy 12-18 juices at a time? (Employees words)Why not have a pre order option so the juice can be available to the general public. The name of the store is literally cold pressed. For juices. Absolutely wild

Very impressed by this coffee shop! The cute handwritten messages on the cups added a sweet personal touch. Warm & inviting atmosphere, good music, clean, lots of seating for conversations or studying alone. Lovely staff, great coffee. We tried the vegan sandwich and liked it.Vegetarian options: Vegan sandwichWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance

Not only serving awesome protein shakes, but a wide range of juices with add ins, acai bowls, sandwiches AND fresh roasted -on the premises - coffee. Loved that their roaster took the time to make a delicious half caff blend for me while I waited and he printed a special label for it. Only bad thing I can say? They aren't in North Carolina (yet!). Highly recommend before or after your workout - or for a healthy choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

This is not my first visit, but today maybe my last. First, no one was at the counter when I arrived. I had waited several minutes for one of the four people in the back to come out. I ordered a hot pistachio latte and a hot regular coffee. The latte was nice and hot, coffee cold. I went to the counter and waited again for someone to come out. No one came...eventually after ringing their little silver bell twice, someone came out. I explained my cold coffee. The young man said he would fix it. Took my cup and then brought it back exactly the way I gave it to him. As we sipped on our coffee, we could hear the staff in the back singing with their loud music. (No music where we sitting.). Also, while we were here, one customer walked out. He rang the bell twice and no one came out to wait on him. Customer service is seriously lacking here!

I love the town center location, but not the red mill. no outlets for those coming in to do work or charge devices. the front door was locked. food and coffee is good, as usual, but not the most practical or functional location to be a coffee shop.

We loveeee TCCP! Town center location is our favorite but this one is much bigger with a parking lot and really nice music. First time at this location was a little rocky but they recovered my mistaken order quickly and carefully. Met the owner Michael who's super cool & down to earth.

The only thing I didn’t like about this place was they ran out of Horchata the second time I went through today! Seriously great place with friendly people taking care of their customers. They deserve the best in the area!
