Tropical Smoothie Cafe

They definitely be forgetting ingredients, cause they always messing up my smoothie , and how I know cause when I go to other tropical smoothie , theirs taste better

Went in there for smoothies and somehow they forgot two out of the three smoothies and then when we said something they had an attitude. To add to that one of the workers had the time to make a smoothie for their friend and food, but Then wanted to have an attitude when we said something about ours . We even waited10 minutes before saying anything cause we didn’t want to be those people but like come on. Plus, I ordered a smoothie and I don’t know why it came out like a slushy. If I wanted a slushy I wouldn’t have gone there. What I wanted was a smoothie.

Is this a joke??? I get my order to go and when I open it, I find out it’s missing half of the ingredients. This is like the fourth time it’s missing everything or just one thing. I quit.

Enjoyed tropical smoothie today for lunch. Totally our error but we accidentally spilled our smoothie. Without blinking an eye, the employee named Mckinlee was phenomenal and offered to remake the smoothie and to help us clean it up. Neither of which she needed to do. She had the most positive attitude and truly turned an otherwise crappy experience (spilling smoothie all over) into a great one-will be back simply because of her!

Stopped by yesterday for lunch for my friend’s birthday and it was really great. My baja bowl was average but the smoothie I had, Blueberry Bliss, was really good.

First time there my visit was excellent and the shake I have was superb. The person that waited on me was very polite and helpful.

Smoothie was watered down. Did not taste like it normally does. Flatbread was over toasted

Stopped by to get a bowl for a snack and it was amazing. Everything was fresh and tasted awesome. The girl at the counter gave me a couple of recommendations on what to order and she was right on the money.

The girl that helped me was nice, but They literally forgot my Chips????? So IDK definitely check that before you leave.

The staff here is something else. One guy has zero social graces.. comes off as rude, but I just chalked it up to introversion/socially awkward. Today they have a full staff and can't even manage to get orders in, in a timely fashion. I've been waiting 20min on a single wrap. I handed the cashier an extra $5 to split so I could tip. I even said that to him.. and dude just handed me the $5 with the coins ? Get it together.. I wanted a quick lunch and now I'm sitting here watching people turn around at the counter and writing a poor review.

This is the absolute worst tropical smoothie. Don’t bother ordering food at this location, they don’t know to make anything right.

I've been going here for years and I've always been happy with the food, til now. Service is still great, but the quality of the food and smoothies has taken a dive recently. Got my wife her favorite order, paradise point smoothie and a pesto chicken flatbread, to help cheer her up when she was feeling sick and the quality was awful. The pesto chicken wrap was basically just chicken, no pesto and no tomato, and the smoothie was extremely watered down. Sad to say I won't be ordering here again.
