The girl that helped me was nice, but They literally forgot my Chips????? So IDK definitely check that before you leave.

The staff here is something else. One guy has zero social graces.. comes off as rude, but I just chalked it up to introversion/socially awkward. Today they have a full staff and can't even manage to get orders in, in a timely fashion. I've been waiting 20min on a single wrap. I handed the cashier an extra $5 to split so I could tip. I even said that to him.. and dude just handed me the $5 with the coins ? Get it together.. I wanted a quick lunch and now I'm sitting here watching people turn around at the counter and writing a poor review.

This is the absolute worst tropical smoothie. Don’t bother ordering food at this location, they don’t know to make anything right.

I've been going here for years and I've always been happy with the food, til now. Service is still great, but the quality of the food and smoothies has taken a dive recently. Got my wife her favorite order, paradise point smoothie and a pesto chicken flatbread, to help cheer her up when she was feeling sick and the quality was awful. The pesto chicken wrap was basically just chicken, no pesto and no tomato, and the smoothie was extremely watered down. Sad to say I won't be ordering here again.

Ordered online through tropical smoothie website for my order to be delivered to my job for lunch. I ordered watermelon smoothie and a chia oatmeal bowl the person who delivered my food brought me two smoothie and walked right out. I tried to explain to her that that she brought me the wrong order and she walked right out. I called tropical smoothie they said to call door dash for my refund and it was constant back and forth between tropical smoothie and dooordash. Tropical

I decided to give this tropical smoothie a chance since it was closer to me. However, I made the wrong decision. I ordered two smoothies and they taste very water down almost like they put too much ice and not enough ingredients. I was really looking forward to trying the new smoothies. I will definitely try them again just at another location. Overall great customer service.

Ordered the chipotle chicken flatbread on the internet for delivery when I got the sandwich it was so much lettuce on it that when I taken it off it was hardly any chicken on it so much chipotle sauce the bread was soggy and around the edges of the bread was hard. I have much respect for the food service workers with dealing with rude customers even violent ones. None of it is deserved I used to be one.But this is not right at all as a paying customer I expect edible food times is hard and everyday the prices are of just about everything is sky rocking I cook a lot at home for a reason but every now and then I would like something else please at least give me what I pay for.

This store does not accept coupons nor the survey discount that you get off of their own receipts so I wont be going back because TS is too expensive to pay full price.

I had a very untasteful experience at this location. I ordered the veggie wrap and it was almost inedible. There were huge chunks of red onions (I love red onions but the hard chunks were nasty) plus really big hard pieces of the romaine lettuce. I don't usually pick apart my food but I couldn't eat as it was.

It was busy when I went but the customer service always amazing. It was only 2 of them working but they were on go. She acknowledged every guest that came in and was so nice.

If this is the location by planet fitness I'll say this. I came in tired after a arm workout. Dropped my phone one. Had a seltzer on me but I wasnt drinking it. They called the cops on me n had me arrested claiming I was drunk in public. I was arrested! Those 2 women who work the late afternoon shift need to be fired. I was embarrassed n had to pay a hefty fine. I have never had service workers lie to the cops on me they did. Red head woman black woman. Fire them! I just wanted a flat bread n to be on my way
