THE best customer service hands down!
My husband ordered from this location via door dash, but unfortunately the doordasher forgot our smoothies. My husband called TS, and Mary offered to have one of her employees to deliver to us without hesitation! Super cool and I want to give a huge thanks to both Mary and her employee!

Also, I've worked next to this location for about a year and we always order at THIS TS specifically, even though it's farther than the other location, because they make their food and smoothies better than any location we've been to.

Just walked pass this establishment with my family and observed a black male smoking marijuana in the open at the entrance or the store just outside. Amazing way to bring customers in.

This is one of my favorite locations. Every time I ordered the food is fresh, delicious and on time. They are super friendly at this location and everything is great quality- whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The new Tropic Bowls are so delicious. My Açaí bowl had the freshest fruit and was very tasty.

This Tropical Smoothie was once my favorite location, but their poor customer service, lack of civility and respect for people of my abstract status changed all that. I recently came in for a smoothie and stood at the counter to place my order and the employees just looked at me, continued what they were doing and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I was taken aback by their aloofness and just proceeded to exit the door. On my way out, another customer came in with an abstract status unlike my own and they were greeted with gleeful enthusiasm. Perturbed by what happened, I called the manager and she was very feckless and dismissive. She had zero concern about my experience, but defended the indefensible acts of her employees. She claimed she’d have to watch the store’s video to see what actually happened. I’m just here to forewarn any potential melanated customers to not be surprised if you don’t receive acceptable customer service at this Tropical Smoothie location.

I watched as the girl making my smoothie called for the guy making my food to come out and kill a fly. He swatted at the fly, He then went and pulled my food out, touched it with the same gloves he swatted at the fly with. He did not even bother to change his gloves or wash his hands. Needless to say I left very upset, and threw my food away. I did not say anything at the time because I was very upset and had to be at work. This happened 9/2/23. Order number was #85.

I got a kids cheese quesadilla and it was delivered folded together in a ball shape and cut into 3 slices instead or four. I didn't want to assume someone messed with my order so instead i just thought it was a new way of rolling it and new portions and ate it. This place gave me 3 slices again on my next delivery so I thought it must be normal but then I went to 2 different tropical smoothies and they gave me four slices and folded it flat the way I've always gotten it before the balled up method. now I don't know if the balled up quesadilla was evidence of someone taking the 4th slice and just rolling the rest to make it harder to count.

The food and Smoothies are excellent. Again, it's a little pricey and if you order delivery, expect to pay a good portion more. Door dash has the delivery contract. With that said, its still worth it if you're not on a budget or you eat there once a week or so.

Parking: During lunch hour the area is busy. The parking is shared by multiple businesses.

My boyfriend and I went to get a smoothie around 7:50pm and when we got there both doors where locked and the two young girls working just looked at us and ran to the back and started laughing. I’m very disappointed in how they handled that especially since they didn’t close till 9pm. Then as we were walking back to the car they both just shrugged their shoulders and continued to laugh. As someone who works in food service that’s not right at all.

I came to get dinner and I tried the Baja Chicken wrap and it was the best wrap I've ever had in my life... it was delicious. The service is great here and Matthew made my food so quickly and it was perfect... I can't wait to eat the same thing again soon...

Awesome place for a refreshing drink and meal. Custom Smoothies and kids meals are available too. Love this place, and great friendly service! There’s lenty of space indoors for a break from the heat.
