This place needs serious help. I’ve overheard and even seen staff take hair or bugs out of food and still serve it — that’s disgusting and completely unsanitary. The kitchen is blasting loud, unprofessional music like it’s a party, not a business. Every time I come in, one young Black girl is doing everything while others just stand around. It’s messy, unclean, and looks bad on management. If this is how they run things behind the counter, I can only imagine what customers don’t see.

The food is good however the Caribbean Jerk wrap is spicy. Not normal spicy like eyes watering i might throw up spicy. However I champed it out and afterwards my sinuses, eyes and throat feel amazing super clean and fresh so im giving it a 5 star review because the endorphins from eating this wrap have me feeling better then the adrenaline rush from running and surviving 17 hungry hyenas and 32 lions. Will experience this again

The last two times I’ve been here the smoothie has been super watery. More of a juice than a smoothie. Thought it was an accident the first time but 4 watery smoothies later I guess that’s the norm.

I love this location but recently the food has been below standards. In particular the grilled items. I ordered a dilla several months ago and after picking it up and getting all the way back to the office I found out it was so burnt and dried out that I could not eat it. I recently placed a to go order and everything was delicious except for the side dish the grilled sweet potatoes. They were almost burnt to a crisp, please see picture. Why would they even send food out like this?!? With as expensive as food is and eating out is getting you would think they would pay closer attention to what they are sending out to customers. Great staff always but the food quality is quickly declining unfortunately.

Just don’t try the sweet potatoes. Who hands a customer something so burnt and where is the maple syrup 😩

I asked for a cheese quesadilla and received a quesadilla with no cheese. What a waste of money! Will definitely not be back!

I always leave this place with a smile. The workers are super friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and fantastic. They knock it out of the park every time! I come here twice a day sometimes and will continue to be a loyal customer. 10/10 recommend
