I placed a mobile order for the Baja chicken and mistakenly forgot to sub chipotle instead of the tomato salsa as the salsa is too spicy. Called three times before someone answered the phone and was told that since the sandwich had been made, they cannot remake it. When I arrived at the cafe, I explained the issue and was told again that the sandwich could not be remade. The app advertises curbside and they REFUSE to bring it to your car. They are HORRIBLE. They don't tell you to go thru the drive thru when it's curbside. The customer service is horrible and they messed up my food.
What a horrible, abrupt and ignorant manager they have running this place (who's name I cannot provide because they refused to share it with me). I arrived at the location to get a mobile order, but the young lady could not find it under the name listed in the app (turns out they had it under the name on the card for some reason), so I gave her the order number to try.
