The experience is always amazing here. So much so we only come to this location. We've been in a different city and passed numerous Tropical Smoothie locations just to order here and it has been like this for a few years. Cathy really trains the staff well and takes professionalism, cleanliness and kindness very serious. I appreciate the customer focused environment, the fact that my order is correct, the cleanliness of the store and staff appearance. Everything is considered at this location!

I wanted to take something out the jetty junior and was told the owner will not allow you to take ingredients out the jetty junior i do not have a problem at any other tropical smoothie

I have gone to this location countless times and used the same card. Today I pulled through the drive thru and ordered. Gave the young man my card and for whatever reason it wasn’t, scanning, or reading the chip. So he asks the older white lady (probably the shift manager)—who weeks prior after taking my order in the drive thru, set my card down and walked away without giving me back my card or receipt. I had to show another employee my ID to get my card back. Anyway, she just walks by and tells him—it’s the card and the machines been fine all day, then left. No assistance whatsoever. So I left went up the shopping center to Chick-fil-A, used the exact same card and purchased my meal. I’ll never go back to the Tropical Smoothie in the Haygood Shopping center. Especially with that woman there.

This establishment consistently provides subpar customer service. The employees lack the necessary communication skills, resulting in an exceptionally long waiting time of 15 minutes for a single transaction. Notably, no customers were observed in the store actively placing orders. This is my second visit to this location, and both experiences have been equally disappointing. Consequently, I will refrain from patronizing this establishment in the future.

Very disappointing visit gave me someone else order when I gave order back just said sorry and snatch the bag back didn't get salsa for quesdilla no customer service skills no side for entree I will not coming back there

The drive through is pointless. They wont let you order food through the drive through because apparently they don't have buzzers? Makes no sense. Then I go inside to order a smoothie that I order all the time only for them to tell me that they can't add spinach into a kids sized smoothie...even though every other location I've gone to has done it no problem. Now I'm sitting in the parking lot with a pissed off toddler because she was looking forward to a smoothie that apparently can't be made. Thanks for nothing!

Waited forever to order and to get 2 smoothies! One person in the drive thru got the attention for so long, I’m amazed! Then they were focused on cleaning more than customers! I get it, you want to get out of here, but so do we!

When you call the phone rings.. then answers and hangs up! People are rude

All I ordered was a Peanut Paradise smoothie and paid for extra peanut butter because it only tasted like banana the last time. Honestly I shouldn't have to pay for extra peanut butter - it's supposed to taste like it. Waited about half an hour. When I received it, no extra peanut butter. I politely asked them to remake it - it is called a Peanut Paradise after all - and she was very rude. I used to love going here at least a couple times a week but the service and the fact that they don't care about the smoothies/food. I'm not even sure if I'd even try it again.
