Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The first time I came in here, they made the food very fast, Very impressed. I got the cali breakfast flatbread with the island green smoothie (chips too lol)

Stopped by here to pick up an online order. The person who helped me couldn't even bother to greet, thank me, or acknowledged me in anyway.

She handed me the bag with my acái bowl and walked away. I hoped her day got better.

Note to self: Skip this location.

Inside looked clean. Food tasted fine, as expected.

Food ordered online . When I there an told them I had a pick order what my name. He said the it wasn't ready and called his manager . The manager said he didn't see my order after I showed him my order number. Last to say my sandwich was sitting on the counter. Of course I asked him was that my order and said NO. When I went back to the counter my was sitting on the counter all that time. It was 🥶. I'll NEVER go there again. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED PERIOD

I love their smoothies. Not always as healthy as they want you to believe but they are good.

Everything was great. But this “the machine’s going to ask you something” request for a tip is getting a little irritating in these days. I’m always happy to give a tip when extra services is done, but this expectation of tipping in a shop where the customer walks to the counter, orders their food, is “guilted” into a tip, then picks up the food themselves, and busses the table is irritating.

I’ve been coming here for a long time and lately it’s just been dirty. Floors are dirty, tables not cleaned, bathrooms pretty gross. Food is gods but I’m wondering about sanitation based on what I see outside the kitchen.

Very disappointed multiple times at this location. For some reason they are either insanely unaware or they are rationing their salsa, because this is the third time I have been given barely enough for one bite with my quesadilla. Once I paid an extra 99cents for a second cup, but instead of 2 salsas I got 0. It was door dash, so I didn’t bother to go up there. Maybe I should have complained the first time. If you think people don’t eat the salsa and are wasting it- just make it optional. But stop gypping people that want it and are spending $50 on lunch. We don’t have time to come back up there and make it right.

I live very close to this location and it’s the only reason I go here. Outside of the manager, the employees are pretty rude. This morning we walked in to pick up our order and the young lady working had AirPods in and didn’t say a word to us. Eventually someone from the back asked if we were picking up.Pretty rude to have AirPods in and not greet your customers. All in all - love tropical smoothie. This location isn’t the best experience.

Costumer service SUCKS! But in all fairness the smoothie was good but I won't go back to that location.

They have a solid team and make bomb smoothies just as you request them. In times like these it's impressive and heartwarming to see dedicated people who truly still believe in teamwork!

The smoothie was typical, of any tropical smoothie location. The consistency is why I'm a loyal customer. The smiles of the staff were highlight of the experience. I had a rough day the cashier was polite and friendly. The girl in the back of kitchen had a smile that was contagious. Will be back if I'm in the neighborhood again
