The manager asked to see my ID because I got lunch for my coworkers and I. Luckily lunch was on my dime this week because apparently if the card doesn’t match name you get denied service (my coworkers sometimes send me with their card to pay instead of transferring money) I am very off put my coworkers and I will no longer be considering this location in our lunch rotation.

I'm going to start by saying I have never, before this, had a bad experience at any tropical smoothie. However, I ordered from this tropical smoothie, the same thing I ordered all the time, and it was terrible. Terrible. It was one of the green smoothies and literally tasted like dirt. I brought it home and tried to doctor it up by adding more banana and other fruits but it still tasted terrible. I was too far away to return to the store. On a positive note, I sent an email...

Check your order before leaving! I ordered a Thai salad and whoever made it thought Parmesan crips would be a better topping than the wonton noodles. They also forgot my extra dressing. Definitely a bummer.
