Ordered a mango magic smoothie on 7/1/25 that was for a family member. Smoothie was blended unevenly with whole ice chunks still remnant and seemed to lack all ingredients. Called asked for a replacement and was told to come back and they would remake it. Came back and they refused to remake or justify the situation because the big bad boss would get mad. Word of advice, if your staff says they will rectify a situation keep your word. It resonates much better with public trust. This was such a good Tropical Smoothie location now it's just another restaurant that serves unfairly.

Still love Tropical Smoothie—but disappointed in the sneaky cup change this week.

We’ve been loyal customers at this location for a long time and usually love everything about it—friendly staff, great smoothies, consistent quality. But lately, we noticed something really disappointing: the cups have changed. They're noticeably shorter (about an inch), and the new design has a deep dip at the bottom that gives the illusion of the same size, but it's clearly holding less smoothie. Ill add photos for reference.

We get the same drinks every time, 3x a week faithfully, so the difference is obvious. It feels like a sneaky way to cut corners without telling customers, and that’s honestly frustrating. We’d rather pay a little more than feel like we’re being shorted. It’s misleading, and it feels like a quiet attempt to cut product while hoping customers wouldn’t notice.

We still love Tropical Smoothie and hope this was just a temporary supply issue or something they’ll reconsider—but please don’t underestimate your regulars. We notice.

Went in for a smoothie with my family. The store smelled sour? We think it might be dirty mop water or something but a pungent sour smell hits you when you walk in. When we went to pay the guy on register was nice enough.When it came time to pay, he told me to hit ok on the tip and then leaned across the counter to watch me tip? Then we waited 10 minutes for two smoothies. A family came in, ordered food and smoothies, got them before us, and were eating by the time we got our smoothies. The smoothies were delicious though!

Just got helped by a great new associate - so courteous and diligent!! The team here really tries hard to get it right and they care about their customers.

My family and I frequent this location multiple times a month. The staff is always friendly, food comes out quickly and most importantly the food consistently tastes great. I highly recommend the açaí bowls, we make them at home often however these are very close to homemade and they are fantastic any month of the year.

Also Jerk wrap, buffalo wrap, turkey bacon ranch sandwich all crazy good. Very appreciative of this location and their contribution to our community. Thank you.

Overall good experience with them except last night's order. Got a Chipotle panini without tomatoes, it had them on it. Couldn't eat it since I'm allergic. Otherwise everything else was good. Really liked the acai yogurt bowl!!

I used to order smoothies here all the time when I worked for Farm Fresh, sometimes for my co-workers too. They ALWAYS made them the best.I have the one near our house saved in my phone, but for some reason I accidentally ordered from this location today. I was willing to pay for the mistake because it was my fault, but they called back quickly and said they'd refund it. I asked if they could give my order to a worker or customer - I felt bad and hate to waste!I didn't tell them today was my birthday and this was a small treat ? Customer service was excellent and I hope someone enjoyed their free smoothie.
