I used to order smoothies here all the time when I worked for Farm Fresh, sometimes for my co-workers too. They ALWAYS made them the best.I have the one near our house saved in my phone, but for some reason I accidentally ordered from this location today. I was willing to pay for the mistake because it was my fault, but they called back quickly and said they'd refund it. I asked if they could give my order to a worker or customer - I felt bad and hate to waste!I didn't tell them today was my birthday and this was a small treat ? Customer service was excellent and I hope someone enjoyed their free smoothie.

I went to that place with my sisters, daughter and nieces, I ordered a Pumpkin Spice smoothie and it tasted very bad, I asked the manager on duty to change it and she didn't want to and in a passive aggressive and loud manner she told me that "Unfortunately I had to buy another beaten"... and he repeated it several times. She was rude, rude and unfriendly. I had a very bad experience. Please don't go to this place. Thank you.

If yall see a girl with a big nose ring and that girl named daphne dont go there. The girl clocked out 30 mins before there closing time and while ordering we asked for a sandwich and she charged for it she failed to ask for a side but didnt even put it there but still charged for it and the whole group of them was sitting there laughing and taking group photos in the back. They were the most CONDESCENDING ppl there ever and to mention they were making fun of my moms name right in front of her like what?? That’s disrespectful idc if ur closing up u dnt do that. Its rude so daphne and her friends need to tighten up their work attitudes and they need a supervisor or some sort because out of all the years of my living have never seen something so unprofessional, and to mention they kept lookin at us and smiling and laughing in that mean girl way ifykyk so if u see daphnne ask for another server better yet go some where else cuz that whole crew got issues.

This place is amazing! this is a smoothie place but still has the BEST Sandwiches Too!!!
I’m only rating this Tropical Smoothie location with a 3 due to customer service. The server did not have a positive attitude and came off very annoyed as if she did not want to be there. Her aura made me as a customer feel like I needed to rush my order although I knew what I wanted; I needed to remove the cheese and the ranch from my veggie humus wrap; unfortunately I only was able to have the cheese removed. The location isn’t bad that particular server (Jourdyn) just made for poor customer service

It really breaks my heart how much tropical smoothie has gone down hill. I don't remember ever having a bad experience 20 years ago, even 2 years ago. Over the past year, every 3 out of 5 times, our order was received with complete failure. The first time we called to bring it to the attention of a manager, she told us that "sometimes they add water to the smoothies to loosen them up". She told us she would talk to the staff to make sure they stopped this habit. Since then, at least 5 or 6 times or smoothies have tasted horrible. It is obvious they still use water when they aren't suppose to. Tonight I ordered my drink without coconut and what do they add, coconut. I am allergic to coconut!

Who ever was the girl in the blue shirt, blonde hair i think working at this time made the best smoothie ive ever had in my life. Yall don’t understand, its the most smoothest, tastiest Bahama Mama ive ever had. I keep making my mom try it, its like a dessert omg. Somebody give this lady a bonus or raise please and thank you!

I’ve been coming to this tropical smoothie for years and my experience today has completely turned me off. My food took way too long to be completed and when I did get my order my wrap was not cut and it was cold. As well as the corn. Very upsetting.
