Both Wraps were extremely bitter and sour, I’m sure most of the Ingredients were spoiled.

It's Tropical Smoothie, you can't go wrong. If you have not tried it you are missing out. Healthy and quick. A little pricey but worth every penny. I wish they would bring back raspberries though.

Wow what a great location! Was immediately greeted with a smile and a “hello”. The staff was friendly and I could tell they cared about my food/smoothie. It seems like not many people take the time to make your food the way it should be. This place cares. My food was awesome and my smoothie was perfect consistency and flavor. Seriously. This place should have 5 stars.

After filling out a survey I received a coupon containing a $1.99 smoothie with a purchase of a wrap. I went to this location with the coupon only to be told “it’s not working, sorry” by management - who then proceeded to take someone else’s order instead of continuing to assist in the situation. The entire experience was confusing as I have filled out surveys and have used them before at this exact location. Along with the fact that I received the same code on receipt after making a full price purchase the same day. Not sure how both employee/management were clueless on what appears to be a global promotion that has been used at their location before.

Best Smoothies!! Shout out to the morning crew!! Never have any problems with any of my smoothies. They always taste good!! And they beyond to provide great customer service. The owner is also ensure that you are well taken cared of. Long term customer here…..

this is seriously the best tropical smoothie I’ve been to. it’s SO fast, and the staff is always very friendly. super clean too. I noticed the staff, even if they aren’t busy, is constantly cleaning or working on something. you don’t see that very much nowadays. you can tell the staff has been trained well!

I rarely leave reviews on anything, but I wanted to go ahead and say this is the customer service is , poor in the proper training should be in place when I place an order I specifically listed that I had to smoothies two meals. Nonetheless, that’s not the issue the issue was that the young boy, who took my order, which was about 11 AM on 6/20 whoever he was at the register, must not have heard me order my second drink, which is OK but the way they went about the issue instead of saying “hey, you know I may not have heard you “he’s going to sit there and sit in my face and basically call me a liar and tell me I never ordered that both him, and the young lady that were making the drinks were being very argumentative when I know for a fact, a place that order he just never rang it up, or may not have hurt me that’s not why I’m writing the review the reason why I’m writing the review is because of how they responded and then when I went back up to place my order, whoever the lady was at the register the second time which I believe was a manager had a very nasty attitude. Just very poor altogether.
