Amazing service & wagu burger - best burger I've ever had! Sean was our bartender & he was SO friendly, kind, knowledgeable, & fun! It was such a nice experience for my friend & I - I HIGHLY recommend! The only thing we didn't like was that it was freezing in there - esp in the Speakeasy! We walked into it & then right out as it was too cold. Other than that, this place is great! Can't wait to go back & see our new friend Sean!
I wouldn’t get the espresso martini… or the watermelon cosmo.
Very nice atmosphere. Service was very nice and helpful.
I stopped by to use the wifi & have a cocktail or 2 at the end of my day. The lavender lemon drop martini was to die for! Service was phenomenal & I can’t wait to come back.
Went on Father's day, your bartender was killing it. Enjoyed the servers, too. Will return, got a short tour of your upstairs bar, and you're doing good things there. 👍
So I got the lavender lemon drop martini and the prohibition burger and yall OOOOMMMMGGGGG!!!! When I say bussin’!! I really mean it. The burger is comparable to one I had in Colombia and I thought that was the BEST burger ever. Twist is running a VERY close second. And had Kasey at the bar and she fixed the hell out of my drink. I HIGHLY recommend
Very pleasant experience. Zoe was so great!
Y'all owners in there don't even know what you're talking about you're not in the kitchen seeing what's going on in there they're stealing food they're not washing their hands when touching raw fish they're not throwing out the fish when it goes bad they're trying to cook it and give it to the customers the whole Staffing is high on weed the sad thing is you don't even know what's going on with your own business you got the manager in the kitchen stealing food same as the employees cooking there employee meals end make plates of food for their self and take it home without paying for it I've seen people go in the bathroom and not wash your hands and go right back into the kitchen and cook you trying to use excuses and saying you got new management that ain't got nothing to do with the kitchen the only New Management y'all have in there is the new GM you don't have a new kitchen manager he doesn't even wash his hands when he's cooking he'll take the rag that he wipes the plate off with the same rag he'll wipe the sweat off his forehead with and uses to wipe the plate off with the food that he puts on the plate and he serves it to the customer you need to find a new kitchen manager cuz he's not following the food handler and procedures I'm sure you don't care cuz he's still working there you need to fire the head chef he doesn't know what he's doing in there he's messing up your business
Great atmosphere 3rd time here.. just a little upset they took away the shrimp and grits which was to die for.. That is why we came and found it was no longer offered.. Please bring it back .. server was great tho ..
Nobody came to check on us for at least 20 to take a order, now let's not talk about how long it took the food to come. So the guy taking my order asked me how would I like my steak bites, I told him medium well, but I received them medium rare. Told him about this, and he said well the cook all the steak bites together. That's my they came out like that." Well, what's the use of asking me how would I like my steak, my guy? He did take half off, but paying for what you dont want doesn't seem right regardless. Then I ordered the Atlantic Blackened Salmon. It was seasoned well, it cake with 2 shrimps with a sauce on it that was delicious 😋. The sauce was only on the shrimp, which it would have been better if it had been all over the meal. The reason being, the mashed potatoes were okay, but it needed butter and a few other ingredients but were doable, nothing to brag about. Now the brocolini didn't have a flavor to save its life. Nothing like it came straight out of the water to plate. Disappointing especially after seeing what I paid for. The drinks were almost okay, some type of punch which tasted delicious but where us the alcohol? It was only a whisper of alcohol. We paid for this expensive drink now, let me feel something. Overall, between 0-10, I give it a 4

My partner and I came to Twist Martini before a show at the theater across the street and we enjoyed the meal. I had a dirty martini which was good (I just wish they offered blue cheese stuffed olives) and the crab pasta which was delicious. My partner had a couple drinks he enjoyed and a salmon dish the waiter suggested which he liked as well. For the price of the food and drinks, I wish the decor and vibe of the restaurant had been a bit better, it seemed outdated. Overall the meal was good and we enjoyed our waiter. Be aware there is an 18% gratuity added to all checks, it is noted on the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible tables in the dining room but you must walk down stairs to get to this area. The bar area, which you don’t have to go down stairs for, only has high top seating.

Top notch place. Higher priced but go on Tuesdays for tacos. Music on Wednesday if you catch the right performance it's great. Small room so it's up close and personal experience. Amazing drink selection.
Parking: Centrally located in va beach so not far from home no matter where you live.

Food wasn't bad, I was highly disappointed that they made major changes to their menu that weren't reflected online. Service reflected service where gratuity is automatic on ever bill as opposed to having the tip be a reflection of the service provided. Automatic gratuity often leads to servers performing meh because there's nothing to drive them to provide top tier service. What normally helps to correct this is management, normally. The ambience was nice, though I was surprised/disappointed to see that the dress code policy they have was not enforced. I'd be open to coming back for happy hour for drinks, or if they were to change their menu to include items they've removed.
